(1) This is RDSO restricted item and obligatory to be procured from RDSO approved sources only. (2) Railway reserves the right to procure full or bulk of the tendered quantity from RDSO approved sources. Tenderer to upload current and valid RDSO approval letter with the offer. The status of the firm shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless there is a case of downgrading /removal / suspension/banning. (3) Any firm quoting on behalf of any RDSO Approved Source, must upload the valid Tender Specific Authorization from them, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected.

Otherwise, claim for benefits under MSME Act may not be entertained. (2) MSE sources, owned by SC/ST, should upload necessary documents to get the benefits of being owned by SC/ST. Otherwise, claim for benefits may not be entertained.
