M&L for providing and laying of granular sub base (GSB) 150 mm thick (Compacted thickness) in two layers of 75 mm thick each, by providing closed graded granular sub base material of grading-II as per MORTH Table 400-1, mixing the material with water OMC in mechanical mix plant, carrying mix material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface to required gradient and camber including watering and compacting with vibratory power roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density and CBR (min 25 ) as per MORTH clause No. 401 complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying & testing of Ductile Iron pipe 100 mm bore class K-9 with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast as per relevant IS in any length suitable for push on rubber gasket tyton joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The rate of rubber gasket joints & jointing material shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the tenderer (b) The cost of earth work excavation, returning & filling in and removal will be measured & paid separately under relevant items .(c) Fittings / specials will measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Split Air Conditioner of 2.0 TR (6000 Kcal/Hr) capacity, complete with cordless remote control unit and with built-in air-ionizer and plasma filter for better air quality with minimum 5-star rating and EER of 3.2 and above. Indoor unit Hi wall mounted type, suitable for 230 Volt, 50 Hz, Single phase AC supply and capable for performing the function as cooling, air circulating and filtering. The air conditioners shall be complete with automatic temperature control, cut-in, cut-out for variable temperature range 16 to 30 degree C. The differential thermostat for cut-in cut-out shall not be greater than + 1.75 degree C to be provided with electronic thermostat as per IS 11338 of 1985. Outdoor unit of the air conditioner shall be fitted with discharge cooled type rotary / scroll compressors operating on non-CFC refrigerants (like R410A or equivalent) with suitably rated capacitor start electric motor equipped with overload protection and mounted on resilient mountings for quiet operations complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) The installation shall include mounting / fitting indoor unit respective location.(ii) Laying refrigerant piping of upto 6 Mtr length and connecting both the units after drilling holes in the wall as required. (iii) The thickness of copper tubing shall be not less than 0.7 mm.(iv) Suction pipe shall be insulated with expanded polyethylene film not less than 5 mm thick. (v) Laying of 15 mm drain pipe to drain out the condensed water being formed in the condensing unit (vi) Leak testing of the entire system including charging the refrigerant gas in the unit and suitable electric wiring between indoor & outdoor unit upto 6 mtr length and upto switch with 3 mtr of location of indoor unit.
