Material and labour for preperation of old Steel / CGI Sheet surface any description over 10cm in width or girth and applaying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 19 mm dia mild steel, chromium plated curtain rods, with brackets, end bulbs complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully and refixig after repairs by mechanical means, steel hanger door shutters leaves of size 5.0x5.60 m and keeping aside on the ground, repairing the parts/members of leaf including minor repairs, fixing the top and bottom stopper to each leaf, cleats/guards, track edge protection to prevent the leaf from falling, welding as required greasing and removing unserviceable members, unserviceable CGI/PGI sheets, pully nut and bolts etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Base Roller/Top roller, Bottom /Top Rails/tracks, CGI/PGI/MS sheet and steel members will be paid separately except the minor reapirs and welding work mentioned in this item.

Dismantling structural steel work including door and gates except framed work in trusses ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Note- Replacement of base/bottom roller shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixed in repairs MS base/bottom roller of dia 150 mm or as per the exsiting size of roller, fabricated with nut and bolts, cleats, guards alongwith 2 Nos of ball bearing of and central pin on each roller/pully for hanger door as per the existing shape/design including welding work and necessary greasing/oiling for smooth functioning of wheel and noiseless operation of hanger door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs MS top guide roller of dia 150mm or as per the exsiting size of roller, fabricated with nut and bolts, cleats, gurads alongwith 02 Nos of ball bearing and pin on each roller /pully to hanger door shutter leaf, as per the existing shape/design including welding work and necessary greassing/oiling for smooth functioning of wheel and noiseless operation of hanger door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 4mm thick fibre glass acrylic reinforced (translucent plain sheeting) fixed with screw /rubber beading etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girh not otherwise described, and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket and power point) complete fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, regulators, socket etc and removing material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors/ceiling to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable strip of any type and supply and fix insulated copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable earthing of any type and supply, errect and install maintenance free, low carbon copper coated earth rod of 3 meter length 3 Nos connected to each other traingally with copper strip of 25 x 3 mm for better result and electrode having diameter of 17.2 mm with copper coating thickness of 250 micron tested as per IEC 6256-2, including earth coductivity enhancing compound of 25Kg/pit and heavy duty earth chamber of 5000Kg local bearing capacity to ensure safety of erthing sysstem.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing LED security light fitting 35 watt, 230 volt, AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp and bracket with impact and corrossion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP65 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x600mmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground.
