Dismantling tiles work in floors and roof laid in cement mortar including stacking materials within 50 metres lead. (i) for thickness of tiles 8mm to 25mm

Providing and laying Double charge vitrified tiles size 600 x 600mm in floor in different size ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade , laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/Sqm incluidng grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. the tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, levelling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Providing and laying vitrified tiles in different sizes ( size of tiles 600 x 600 mm) ( thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade , in skirting, riser of steps , over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg / Sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc complete

Making floor 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominall size derived from natural sources) well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand. , dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water prooofing cement paint and the like by scrapping , sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete

Distempering on old work ( wall/ ceiling) ( one or more coats) with 1st quality acrylic distember ( Ready mix ) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand over a coat of water thinnable cement primer and manufacturer to give an even shade

Distempering Two or more coats on new work with Ist quality acrylic distemper , having VOC ( Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams / litre of approved brand and manufacture of required shade and colour and Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface complete as per manufacturer's specification

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing wall New work ( Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 Sqm with 100 % premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade ( Company Depot tinted ) with silicon additives

Acoustic Enclosure : Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet metal will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom to suit conditions, with the following features :-

(i) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. (ii) 16SWG (1.6mm) thick CRCA sheet to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathing action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absoption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (iii) Sheet metal component of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. (iv) Special paint treatment with pure polyster powder/epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (v) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to put out the heat from the chamber efficiently. (vi) For effective acoustic/weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used.

(xiv) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure inside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform. (xv) The DG set should be provided with external emergency stop push button. (xvi) Provn of 2 Nos 11 Watts LED lamp fitting of approved Make incl wiring inside canopy with single switch controlled. (xvii) Fuel gauge to be provided with the neck of fuel tank. (xviii) Tools as per manufacturers with the box. (xix) Invents of suitable company be manufacture. Making of foundation for placement of DG Set as per site requirement and including provision of anti-vibration pads are deemed to be included in duoted rate.
