| 1 | Disconnecting, opening of indoor type VCB/SF6 of any description and any make of rating 11 KV 400/630/800 Amps capacity for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable / defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts, inspection/ overhauling of tripping assembly, earth fault release assembly, tripping coil, auxiliary switch, manual / motorised spring drive mechanism, motor and gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly etc lubricant to function smoothly and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one,refilling SF6 Gas, Cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interuptors by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealent for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces, cleaning all busbar by rubbing and by CRC liquid cleaner reassembling the VCB after overhauling/ servicing and its testing complete all a specified and directed.
Note: (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of Sch 'A' as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced /repaired is deemed to be included in the item rate.
(ii) Servicing shall be got carried out by the authorised rep of the VCB manufacturer and the service engineer will submit a service report and calibration certificate for each VCB.
(iii) Any item not included in CA and required for successful operation of the panel will be provided by the contractor & same shall deemed to be included rate quoted. (iv) Test report of all parameter duly signed by Garrison Engineer, Contractor and Engineer-in-charge shall be maintained on records . | 30 | Each Job | - | - |
