M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from walls including scrapping and removing the entire scales of existing treatment complete all as directed.

M&L for 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two or more coats of 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 gms / litre,of approved manufacturer,of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturers specification including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old destempered or painted surfaces of walls including cornices and applying one coat of oil bound distemper,white or tinted in high rise inside the hangars / annexes including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors,cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy including necessary scaffolding required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser item No 4 above but on ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of previously treated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and rendering is to be finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Integral water proofing compound to be measured under separate item as supply only.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and rendering is to be finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated surfaces, including cornices and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling including removing of nails,making,making good of holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of previously treated wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including removing of nails,making good of holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes (old or new) and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces up on steel sheet roofing (internal and external) and other surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of aluminium paint at any position in hangars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of walls / stone surfaces of hangars and finishing walls with two coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone adhesives of required shade @ 1.43 Ltr / 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 Sqm) using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and finishing walls with two coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade @ 1.43 Ltr / 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg /10 Sqm) using of all scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.
