Note:- The Unit Rate quoted in r/o Ser item No 1.02 to 2.20 are deemed to include for the following and nothing extra will be paid for these works: 1. Supplying, erecting and use of scaffolding upto required height (max 25 to 30m) or upto 8th floor height with necessary H-frames, pipes, couplers, buckles, bracing, top platform with support railing at top etc. at all levels of building including carriage of the materials to the location, erecting, fixing the scaffolding and dismembering the same after working and taking away the scaffolding materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2. Supplying, erecting & use of temporary bamboo scaffolding around the building as required. The scaffolding is to be secured properly in position by bracings, ties clamps, etc. complete including providing and erecting working platform at all heights as required, including removal after completion of work all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hardstanding etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons, cills etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar including removal of debris outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tile 30cmX30cmX 20 to 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement siurry in floor with grey cement and pig ments over & including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 60 mm Machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver blocks with grey cement and no pigment, any shape and size, confirming to IS 1565-2006 strength not less than M-35 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick sand cushioning for laying interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm thick granite (any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 18 to 20mm thick green marble (any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed

M&L 20-25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab flooring over & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with gray cement slurry mix with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removal of rubbish off the premises of MoD land complete all as specfied and as directed

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces on ceilings in cement mortar (1:3), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and M&L for applying two coats of acrylic antifungal exterior grade paint plain / CAMOUFLAGE PATTERN on one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer over & including 3mm thick wall care putty on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plaster surfaces of ceilings and M&L for applying three coat of white wash on surfaces of ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including removal of nails, making good holes, cracks, etc, and M&L for applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats oil bounded distemper white or coloured by auto roller complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down aluminium doors shutters of any size & type and dismantling all members and reassembling the same with and including new screws, new rubber gasket, new aluminium beads & cleats of existing make and also refixng the handles & mortice lock in existing postiion with and including new screws including refixing the door shutters in same opening complete all as specified and directed. Note : If broken or unserviceable glass/aluminium wire mesh/floor spring/concealed lock is replaced same will be paid separately under relevant items.

Taking down aluminium windows shutters of any size & type and dismantling all members and reassembling the same with and including new screws, new rubber gasket, new aluminium cleats of existing make and also refixng the locks & roller in existing postiion with and including new screws including refixing the window shutters in same opening complete all as specified and directed. Note : If broken or unserviceable glass/aluminium wire mesh/floor spring/concealed lock is replaced same will be paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for 12mm thick toughened glass as in door shutters/partition with and including stainless steel SS-304 patch fittings fixed with Anchor fastener, cutting to shape, drilling holes as required and all edges of glass shall be diamond polished complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 30 mm dia stainless steel handle of 60 cm long and fixed to toughned glass as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

(c) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.50 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Work should be executed by authorised applicator of the manufacturer

M&L for 70 cm long medium grade 50 mm bore GI pipe fixed in to the sunken portion upto the wall for taking out leakage water and making good to existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 500 and not exc 1000 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in postion and cleaning and removing all as scales and dirt, etc from tank and from mouth of circulating pipes, etc complete and washing the tanks by using bleaching powder and clean water & including reconnecting & re-fixing the same in its original position complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The following deemed included in quoted unit rate :- (a) writing the date of cleaning on the outer surface of the tank by paint, letters of 3cm height and width including obliterating old writing all as specified and directed. (b) If tank cleaning time, any blockage of internal/external pipe line to be cleared and incl all necessary fittings. (c) Before tank cleaning inform to all Qtrs individuals. (d) Before the tank cleaning disconnect and refixing the same position.
