Supply and fix second class hard wood plain, solid straight chowkats and frames wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made 35 mm thick, 2nd class hardwood plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part – I), Klin seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I Section 8, clause 8.24(a) complete as specified and as directed.

S & F MS work as in hold fast etc confirming (Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0)

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in hols fast, PCC Bed blocks in finished all exposed surfaces of concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 100mm size Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled, mild steel complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 150mm, extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete.

Supply and fix 150 mm long, Aluminum anodised barrel tower bolts, of extruded section complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 200 mm long, Aluminum anodised barrel tower bolts, of extruded section complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 300mm long, Aluminium alloy, anodized, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for factory made UPVC colour 3 track sliding windows with glazing and gauging all as per manufacturer's direction and following specifications :- (i) The profile for UPVC window frame shall be made of PVC material confirming to IS 10151, the window frame shall be made of extruded UPVC section having overall dimension of 112 x 52 having wall thickness 2.5 mm ± 0.2 mm . (ii) Corners of wall frame shall be joined by MS galvanized brackets. Joints shall be mitred and plastic welded. (iii) The hinge side of vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanized MS tube of wall thickness 1 mm ± 0.1 mm and the tie rod shall be provided at the bottom of the frame. (iv) The profiles should be two or three chamber system which shall provide high insulation properties. (v) Glazing shall be provided with 5mm thick plain / frosted glass fixed with appropriate size beading as per manufacturer's specifications. (vi) Stainless steel wire mesh 0.36mm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.40mm shall be provided with each window shutter. M & L for UPVC ventilator with glazing all as per manufacturer's direction and following specifications :- (i) The profile for UPVC ventilator with frame shall be of overall size 60 x 58 mm with wall thickness 2.7 + or - 0.2 mm extruded sections. (ii) The corners shall be plastic welded. The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanized channel of wall thickness 1.2 mm. The ventilator will be fixed to walls using 8 mm dia 80 mm dia MS screws minimum 2 nos on each side. The 3 nos of pinned glass will be placed in slots provided in ventilator. Dismantling of Single layer Mangalore pattern or Similar tiles bedded in cement mortar in roofing

Demolition of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description and removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregare with WPC completed 40 mm average thickness as in padding concrete for roof treatment, floor/chejjas etc. finished even and fair all as specified and as directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L 10mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound FOSROC's complast 421 IC @ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of FOSROC's Nito bond AR cement slurry for roofcslab/ floor complete all as specified (liquid water proofing compound are measure seperately)

M&L water proofing treatment by applying primer @ 0.20kg per sqm, providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing memebarane weighing not less than 3.6 kg per sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 100 gm per sqm having softeninbg point not less than 140º centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N per sqm tearning strenght of 100n by torch on application including minimum over lapping 10cm on either side and 15cm on ends and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ of 0.20 Kg/Sqm and finishing with bituminious aluminium paint applied @ 0.10 Kg / Sqm and finished all as per manufacture's instruction and as directed. Note: The work shall be carried out by authorised applicators of manufacturer.

M&L for providing and laying water proofing treatment to sunken floor portion of WC ,Bathroom etc,by applying first layer of slurry of cement @0.488 kg/Sqm mixed with Dr fixit or Equivalent Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious (PMC) composite compound @ 0.253kg/sqm and second layer of slurry of cement 0.242 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.126kg /sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangle) area of each tile exc 0.06sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors and scantling etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on on fair faces of concrete surfaces over roof slab complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet squatting pan, Orissa pattern of size 580x440mm with integral foot rest , colour white with and including P trap, lime concrete bedding and making necessary connection to soil pipes and flushing cistern etc.,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type, 10 Ltr capacity, flushing cistern low/high level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and connections and including taking down complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Johnson Ultima Single Flush - P2827PW or equivalent in indware/Cera /Parryware /Prayag as approved by GE.

Supply anf fix in repairs low density polyethelene pipes (LDFE) of pr. Rating 6 Kgs/Sqm fixed complete to walls 40mm bore.

Supply anf fix in repairs bib taps cast copper alloy fancy type screwed for iron pipes 15mm chromiuim plated.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC conection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Granite work with 20mm thick machine cut, Jet Black granite slab in single piece or two piece length, table rubbed and polished, laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust and admixture of pigments to match with shade of granite stone as in cooking platforms, microwave platform, WHB counter top in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, etc, including cutting, polishing and rounding to edges of stone slabs etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L Preparing old steel surfaces girth exc. 10 cm girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

M&L Preparing newly plastered surfaces on external walls and applying one coat of exterior wall putty for smoothness, one coat of exterior wall primer and two coats of Exterior Emulsion anti-algal weather proof paint complete all as per manufacturer instruction as directed.

Supply and fix 18/19mm thick Particle board, exterior grade prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination, fixed with nails/ screw screws to timber frame work including liping work teak wood beading 6mm thick comple all as specified and directed
