Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Pre-painted coloured profile Galvalume/Zincalume sheet 0.50mm thick TCT grading YS-550 coating class AZ-150 Class-3 confirming to IS-15965-2012, pitch profile c/c n. exc 203mm and crest of profile not less than 28.5mm as in roof covering/clading to wall fixed with self taping screws/fastners with EPDM seals including gap filling between sheet and wall with PCC (1:3:6) as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- Durashined of TATA Blue Scope/ Colouron '+' of JSW equivalent in Everest

All as per srl item no-02 above but Plain steel as in eaves, gutter, ridge etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars,etc,but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge .

Brick work using old size bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones , bed plates, kerbs not provided for including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed .

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Praparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on external wall surface over one coat of exterior primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling/ demolition of wrought iron/ mild steel / steel works of any description and in any position , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Steel work in tubular Post/ trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Hollow section, Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including Chequered plates and plain plastes of any thickness and distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410- W(Gde-E-250) quality- B, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not other wise describe, two coat of synthetic enamel paint and over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling ceiling boards,fibre pulb insulation etc or insulation boards/slabs/blankets,any thickness, including cover and MS Tee grid, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

False ceiling with Fibre Cement Designer tile Ivory/white painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS-14862) of size 595mmx595mm and any one of the design (occeanic , lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanised @120 gms, both sides inclusive) consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made from 0..30mm thick sheet and cross T of size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm sheet spaced between main T at 600mm c/c from a grid of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 15x20mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including required cutting/making opening for services like diffusers grils, light suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing rafters, purlin etc with dash fastners GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia wit galvanised butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T-sections shall be centre black pre-painted with polyester painnt and having a load bearingcapacity of 12 kg/sqm and refixed all exesting electric wiring and fixture, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

5mm thick (HL series) lnsulated PVC Wall Lining honeycombed consisting of PVC Insulated Panels (as per sample kept in GE office) with approved design and patternduly fitted into the wall including PVC angle jointers, U jointers beading etc as required at the edges including removing and re-fixing electric boards & plates and covered with PVC strips or beading after fixing wall paneling , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Roughing surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down of cement plaster and existing APP membrane, PCC padding etc complete treatment from top of roof and providing of neat cement slurry (3.0 kg of cement per sqm) including 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound. Applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm and providing Atactic Polypropylene polymer (APP) modified five layered with centre core 100 micron HMHDPE film weighing min 3.0 kg/sqm & will be laid as per MES SSR Pt-I Para 11.43.2.2 with minimum side lap 75mm & end lap of 150 mm bondedwith hot blown bitumen. Over the APP membrane applying IInd coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25penetration @ 1.20 kg/sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition (Peables free) @ 0.50 kg/sqm dusted over the bitumen coat including cutting grooves (50mm x50mm) in parapat and inserting edgs of membrane and mending goods damage by sand cement mortar (1:4) and shall be finished in all respect and Including taking down water tank of any capacity and refixed in same position after treatment as directed. Note :- The laying of the membrane shall be got done by authorized applicator of the membrane manufacturer.

Applying Two coat of aluminium paint over roof APP membrane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

PCC 40mm thick (1:2:4) B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in roof padding over APP WPT laid and finished fair and even including making joints of size 6mm wide and 10mm deep filled with bitumen mastic (1:1), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
