Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth work with in all lead & lift complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random Rubble masonry /polygonal rubble un-coursed /brought two coat with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) in plinth level/super structure. with cm 1:6 (1cement :6sand) including all leads and lifts

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade I/C thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bond distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated surface to give an even shade and including priming coat with distemper after throughly brushing the surface free mortar dropping and other foreign matters.

Finishing wall with water profing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepairing the surface by throughly cleaning oil grease & dirt and other foregm matter.

Ppainting two coats ( excluding priming coat) on new wood nd wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give even shade including cleaning all dirt , dust and other foreign matters white paint.

Precst terrazo tiles 20mm thick (with marble chips of specified shade and of specified laid in floor treads of steps and landingon bed on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement 6 sand) jointed wqithneat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles . selverry grey

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstices with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the required gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. 100mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) within all leads and lifts an da directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
