Repair Maintenance of lightning protection system and all type of earthing under GE Gomantak Vasco

M&L for taking down existing earthing and providing new chemical earthing, electrode made of copper molecular bonded steel rod 17.2 x 3000 mm, minimum 254 micron coating, 3 mtr long with connecting strip head with SS fastener, inspection joint box and also connect copper strip with electrode rod and inspection joint box with nut, bolts and GI washers etc. The electrodes will be filled with highly conductive non-corrosive crystalline conductive mixture with connective arrangement for connection of strip/cable etc. The electrode will be installed along with conductive and low resistance powder tested to the resistivity of 0.2 ohms as per IEC 62561-7 read with ASTM G57-06, CI 3.4 connected to copper strip by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washer of GI or steel including necessary drilling in earth upto 3 mtr in any type of soil for inserting electrode in any type of strata, Heavy duty poly plastic chamber with cover complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 20 x 3 mm copper strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in replacement test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw and including provision of suitable MS box made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet to accommodate the terminal block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for passing copper strip laid under the floor, along the wall or along the pole incl taking out/down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in repair of exisitng plinth protection including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm fix on porcelain insulator for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level as lighting conductor (including insulator) complete all as required at site and as directed.

S&F in replacement Air termination, single pointed Copper Rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of chemical earthing compound for enhancement of grouding in existing earthpit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down existing earthing and providing new earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mts deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 Mtrs below ground level connected to copper earth strip 25 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of brass connected to earthing test point all as specified incl 25 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI wire, laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layer, PCC Pit (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8 mm dia, plastering 15 mm thick CM (1:6) externally upto 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl. excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part (2009) and connected to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified an directed. Note:- The unit rate includes the cost of GI pipe medium grade for protection of earth strip and earh strip upto 7.5 M.

S&F in replacement HDPE earth pit cover of 12 inch dia conical shape including removal of old one and fixing the new one with PCC complete all as specified and directed.
