Material and labour for preparation of roof surface by throughly wire brushed, washed, dried up, cleaned of all the foreign matter and dust, and applying bitumenous primer @ 250 gms/sqm, and then laying 3mm thick APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester matt as reinforcement weighting not less than 3.5Kg per sqm, laid on primed surface with torch application method by providing overlap minimum 100mm on logitudinal and 150mm on transerve direction,and finishing the surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 100 grams per sqm with preparation of treated surfaces, all angles and similar projections should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage, all joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR Latex @ 200ml/bag of cement.
