Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning, including carriage and transportation, of Outdoor IP-55, 12 kV Kiosk type VCB Switchboard. The cubicle shall be fabricated from Aluzinc or GI/GP sheets (minimum 120 micron galvanized), duly powder coated PP type in Shade-631 of IS-5. The switchboard shall be provided with 12 kV bushings of suitable current capacity (06 Nos.) at the top of the switchboard for connection of the panel through ACSR conductors. The panel shall be complete with all necessary components, control wiring, protection and operating mechanisms, suitable for independent feeder control and equipped with Auto-Recloser functionality for the feeder: - Vacuum Circuit Breaker: - 11kV, 1250A, 26.3kA for 3 Sec. Fixed Type VCB with Manual & Electrically operated, Spring Charging Mechanism with 230V AC Motor and Manual Handle, Mechanical ON/OFF indicator, Operation Counter, as per IEC/IS 62271-100. Shunt Opening & Closing Coils 24V DC, Auxiliary contact 6NO+6NC, Anti-pumping Device 24V DC. Potential Transformer: -Single Phase, Resin Cast, Dry type, Fixed type Potential Transformer (3 Nos) with one set of HTFS / LTFS and one no. Neutral Link (11 kV√ 3/110√ 3-110√ 3V), Class 1.0, 100VA. Control Transformer: -Single Phase, Resin Cast, Dry type, Fixed type Control Transformer 250VA (1 No.) with DP MCB at LV Side (11kV/220V AC) Current Transformer: -Single Phase, Resin Cast, Dry type Current Transformer (3 Nos.) For CTs and DC Circuit minimum 2.5 mm² and for other AC Circuits minimum 1.5 mm² shall be used. Every wire should be routed through terminal blocks. For CTs and PTs TTB type are mandatory to test relays and meters for injection of current and voltage from Secondary Injection Test Kit. This is to ensure the operation of the breaker in case of power supply failure (2 open and 2 close operations). If 220V AC Supply is available from HPSEBL then the Control Transformer cost shall be mentioned to reduce the cost from quoted rate.
