Taking out/stiping out of loose/damaged/breakate concrete of all existing roof treatment including concrete padding and benching including hacking for key, scrubbing dow with water for receiving plater without damaging existing serviceable structure complete to receive new roof treatment including rubbish off the premises upto a distance exc 250 mtr but n.exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out/stiping out carefully of earthing strips laid over roof and refixing of in the same position after roof treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggreaqgte) as in roof padding 25 mm thick finsished even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick screeding or bedding layer in CM (1:4) over concrete surfaces to bring a uniform smooth surfaces using extra cement (for laying memeberane treatment) mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manfuactures instructions complete all as specifed and directed. (Note : The rates are included cost of sealing admixture chemical. The Prpportion of mix and method of mixing of approved concrete admixture should be adopted and applied as per manufacturer's printed instructions)

M& L for providing app based membrane roof treatment in layers with the following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen primer evenly @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm as priming coat to prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporate completely. (ii) A layer of app based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), wt 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric matt (weighting not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above the application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application method. The overlap shall be min 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (Note: the work in respect of water proofing treatment shall be carried out only by authorized/approved applicator of the manufacturer/firms of app membrane. the contractor shall produced the evidence in support of work carried out by the authorized applicator is approved by manufacture./firms before claiming payments complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete solid block made of Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in Cement mortar (1:6) in masonary complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick Cement Plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) but rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick Cement Plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) but rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of Cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick Cement Plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) but rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick Cement Plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling in CM (1:3) but rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of White wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of White wash complete all as specified and directed.
