Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description & in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 with using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooing etc complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping benching, gola, slightly rounded and similar items complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggreate), 75 mm thick as in plinth protection including finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke spot moulds moss and efflorescent salts and treating oily & greasy spots and filling of holes and cracks with with suitable material like cement or plaster of paris etc and thereafter applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified.

M&L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surface of wall,roof projection,facia and cornices. Note- Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means)

M & L for providing 1-2mm thick wall care putty on wall before applying Oil bound Distemper and making the surface uniform all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood & wood based of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite tiles machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cements slurry and pointed with white or colour cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding & polishing slab over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for bedding of tiles complete all as specified.

M & L for 18-20 mm thick Granite tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement mortar and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on vertical surfaces for backing of tiles complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for re fixing or removal to store of pipe 15 mm dia bore complete all as specified.
