However, the major repairs, replacements, overhauling, gas charging, topping-up oil etc are not included in the scope of the above items. (iv) To keep necessary documentation duly signed by all the concerned. (v) To hand over the entire plant in serviceable condition at the time of completion. (h) All documentation such as log sheets, daily attendance register shall maintain as per procedure in vogue. (j) If the operator and valve man are found absent from duty, penal recovery shall be made per shift per head are as follows :- (i) Operator - @ Rs 2000 per operation shift per head. (ii) Valve man - @ Rs 1800/- per operation shift per head. (k) Contribution towards bonus EPF, ESIC the amount is payble only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of having paid the requisite amount to the employed labour.

M & L in repairs of insulating mats 2.5mm thick made of elastometer (a generic term that includes rubbers, latex and elastometric compounds that may be natural or synthetic or a mixture or a combination of both) for use as floor covering for the protection of workers on ac and dc installations with the system voltages up to 11 KV ac and 240 V dc and as per cl 5 of IS 15652 latest class B Cat II of size 1mX2m including taking out old u/s insulating mats complete with relevant test reports and fixing on floor with suitable adhesives all as specified and as directed. Note : The mat should be permanently pasted with the held of suitable adhesive/resin. All joints and corners shall be filled/covered with insulating material of matching colour. Matching colour and matching designed tapes should be used to maintain an aesthetic look of the installation.
