REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY LINE PROTECTION PANEL INSTALLED AT THE 220KV SUBSTATION MIRZAPUR, 132KV SUBSTATION LALGANJ AND 132KV SUBSTATION MIRZAPURR

Safe Carriage of 01 No. Distance protection Panel from 220 KV Natwa,Mirzapur to 132/33KV Substation Mirzapur on suitable vehicle along with loading and unloading in the control room of 132 kv s/s mirzapur with the help of manual labour/hydra covering approx. 6 Km aside with proper safety of equipment including cost of vehicle.

Shifting of Distance Protection Panel from store to loading point,safely loading of panel with the help of skilled labour/Hydra at 220 KV Natwa,Mirzapur alongwith other associated work with all cost of men,materials and T&P etc required for satisfactorly completion of work work in direction of supervising Engineer.

Unloading and proper shifting of distance protection panel at designated place first floor of control room at 132 KV S/S Mirzapur from vehicle with the help of skilled labour/Hydra at 132KV substation Mirzapur alongwith other associated work with all cost of men,materials and T&P etc required for satisfactorly completion of work work in direction of supervising Engineer.

Dismantling of 132 KV Obsolete ,old and defective Distance protection Panel of 132 KV Railway TSS -Mirzapur Ckt -II installed at 132KV Mirzapur Substation under ETD Mirzapur by opening of cable connections (ensuring of continuity of AC/DC to other panels if looped through concerned panels) earthing flats, nuts and bolts, etc works inculde of new cable schedule and providing suitable ferrule etc for later uses)

Installation/Testing/Commissioning of new Distance Protection Panel of 132 KV Railway-Mirzapur TSS Ckt-II in control room of 132KV Mirzapur substation under ETD mirzapur after shifting from storage place,its grouting and earthing and termination of panels as per cable schedule including providing and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size and ferrule etc. with all associsted works as per technical specifications. works shall include laying of control cables and terminations as and if required to do so.

Shifting of all different types of dismantled panles from control room to store/designated place as per instructions of SDO/JE

Installation & commissing of Simplex Type 220 KV and 132 KV Distance Protection Control & Relay Panel with Ethernet Switch at 220 KV S/S Mirzapur and 132 KV S/S Lalganj Under Electricity Transmission Division Mirzapur.

220 KV SUB-STATION MIRZAPUR

Shifting of 02 Nos. Simplex type 220 KV Feeder C&R Panel (Ashida Make) with Double main protection with Ethernet Switch and Optical fiber from store to BCU and shifting of defective 02 Nos. Simplex type 220 KV Feeder C&R Panel (ERL Make) with Ethernet Switch and Optical fiber from BCU to store with help of manual labour/crane at 220 KV S/S Mirzapur alongwith other associated work with all cost of men , material and T&P etc. required for satisfactory completion of work in direction of supervising Engineer.

Dismantlling of defective 02 Nos. Simplex type 220 KV feeder C&R panel (ERL Make) of 220 KV Obra bay and 220 KV Rewa road bay with Ethernet Switch & Optical fiber by opening of all connection. All man, material and T&P shall be provided by contractor including in cost for satisfactory completion of work.

Installation & commissioning of new Simplex type 220 KV Feeder C&R Panel (Ashida Make) with Double main protection with Ethernet Switch and Optical fiber of 220 KV Obra Bay and 220 KV Rewa Road bay at same place with proper ferrule as per drawing, making hole in feeder panel plate, proper fixing of cable gland , tie the cable at an equal interval for proper dressing, laying of cable as per required. All man, material (Cable tie) and T&P shall be provided by contractor including in cost & work shall completed as standard of UPPTCL.

132 KV SUB-STATION LALGANJ

Shifting of 01 Nos. Simplex type 132 KV Feeder C&R Panel (Ashida Make) with Double main protection with Ethernet Switch and Optical fiber from store to BCU and shifting of defective 01 Nos. Simplex type 220 KV Feeder C&R Panel (ZIV Make) with Ethernet Switch and Optical fiber from BCU to store with help of manual labour/crane at 132 KV S/S Lalganj alongwith other associated work with all cost of men , material and T&P etc. required for satisfactory completion of work in direction of supervising Engineer.

Dismantling of defective 01 Nos. Simplex type 132 KV feeder C&R panel (ZIV Make) of 132 KV Natwa bay with Ethernet Switch & Optical fiber by opening of all connection. All man, material and T&P shall be provided by contractor including in cost for satisfactory completion of work.

Installation & commissioning of new 132 KV Distance Protection C&R panel of 132 KV Natwa bay at same place with proper ferrule as per drawing, making hole in panel plate, proper fixing of cable gland , tie the cable at an equal interval for proper dressing, laying of cable as per required, All man, material (Cable tie) and T&P shall be provided by contractor including in cost & work shall completed as standard of UPPTCL.
