Earth work excavation in all soils for foundation except hard rock requiring blasting with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m and depositing earth on bank for refilling as directed by department offices etc., complete as per standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal from approved Quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing the concrete and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification

Steel shuttering with MS Sheets and MS angels including fixing in position with country wood scantlings for drain side walls including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges to site and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification 86 K, 86 A side wall :

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, three part M.sand and six part of aggrigate) using 20 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs 0.075mm Thickness Size 0.75mm x 0.45mm in RCC M20 concrete using Broken Stone jelly 12mm-10mm Thick including cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing close graded material,mixing in a machanical plant at OMC,carriage of mixed material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to acheive the desired density,Complete as per clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate to wet mix macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at omc in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sult base / base course on well prepard surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density including cost of materials labour rentals for machinery fuel and all other incidentals charges etc complete as per clause 406 of MORTH REV -5

Providing and laying Priming coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7Kg over WBM surface using of Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen will be borne by the contractor for procurement as per special condition appended including labour charges for brushing, cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification 503,507 MORTH

Providing and laying Priming coat over WBM/WMM surface using 2.5Kg over WBM surface using of Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen will be borne by the contractor for procurement as per special condition appended including labour charges for brushing, cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification 503,507 MORTH

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 40mm Consolidated thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 – 9.50mm,0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 45.27 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen and 5.03kg of shredded Plastic waste for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5
