LEAKAGE AND SEEPAGE WORK FOR OVERHEAD WATER TANKS:-

Supply and fixed scaffolding upto the height of 24mtr in any area to repair Of OHT all as specified and directed.

M&L Examining concrete/plaster by tapping with light hammer and marking of the loose concrete areas of structural elements in straight line geometrical forms, grooving the edges same with grinder upto 50 mm depth without damaging existing rebars, carefully removing unsound weak/ loose concrete/ cover & concrete around the rebars upto 50 mm depth by low impact high frequency hammer/ chipper without damaging the sound concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the joint & crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive SikaDur 52LP or equivalent to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Cutting of Packers: Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Repair of Tank from Inner Side:-Supply and apply a pre-batched one component polymer modified cementitious patch mortar, with using chemical compund such as SIKA MONOTOP-122 F , Doctor fixit , Pidilite and other Equivalent product and apply chemical compund as per product official manufacturer instructions Product: compressive strength complies according to ASTM C 109;Flexural strength complies according to ASTM C 293-79 complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing Coat The finishing of coating thus laid shall be done with uniform coat of Sika Top seal 107 ,Doctor fixit , Pidilite and other Equivalent product and apply chemical compund as per product official manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Protective coating of Anti-Carbonation Coating:- Supply and fixed Sikagard 551 S Elastic Primer,Doctor fixit , Pidilite and other Equivalent product and apply chemical compund as per product official manufacturer instructions,,including surface preparation and removing of existing paint work , And then Supply and fixed two coats of Anti carbonation protective coating for RCC, Plasto-coating based on UV-curing acrylic dispersion, high diffusion resistance against CO2 reducing the rate of carbonation, Environmentally CO2 diffusion coefficient= 2.5x10^5 Sikagard 550W, Doctor fixit , Pidilite and other Equivalent product and apply chemical compund as per product official manufacturer instructions Elastic complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making V groove,10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extend of crack present at site over crack line using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade including cleaning the surfaces by air blower including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the crack over beam or column .

Material and labour for sealing exposed 'V' groove, 10mm wide and 30mm deep with moisture insensitive epoxy putty Sikagard 694 F(I) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/Fosroc, solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive in ratio 1:1 to achieve strength as per manufacturer instructions including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the crack over beam or column.

Supplying, grouting and injecting low viscosity injection resin Sikadur 52 of SIKA or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/ Fosroc, high strength epoxy resin injection through the nozzles under pressure using grout pump to fill all possible pores and gaps not exc 5mm, left within the concrete mass consisting drilling holes in structural members at the intervals clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles, insert 12 mm dia 50~75 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes with structural grade epoxy adhesive, supplying and applying a shrinkage free low viscous epoxy resin based injection grout, cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements all as per manufecturer's instructions including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed. Note : the cost of drilling holes, NRV nozzle will paid Sepreatly.

Supplying and applying flexible protective and waterproofing Slurry Sika Topseal 107 of SIKA or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/Fosroc,made out of two components ready to use polymer modified cementatious coating certified for portable water in three coats with glass fiber mesh of =>45 GSM, compressive strength 30 - 40 N/mm2 at 20 degree celcius after 28 days, flexural Strength 10 - 12 N/mm2 at 20 degree celcius after 28 days, bond strength shall not be less than 2 - 3 N/mm2 after 28 days (Coverage area in first coat shall be 1-1.5 kg/m2 on damp surface and in second coat 0.8 - 1 kg/m2 and the thickness of coating shall not be less than 1.5 mm) including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for three coats of two part water based protective epoxy coating Sikagard 67 of SIKA or equivalent of Fosroc using roller brush application all as per manufacturer's instructions including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and applying Sikatop 122 F of SIKA or equivalent of Fosroc/Dr Fixit , ready to use cementitious, polymer modified, 2-component repair mortar in 20 mm thickness having white liquid and grey powder ratio 1: 6 (5kg of liquid + 30kg of powder) as per manufacturer's instructions so as to achieve Compressive Strength at 28 days 40-45 N/mm2 ,flexural strength at 28 days 12-15 N/ mm2 and Adhesion > 2.0 N/mm2 (concrete failure) at 28 days including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and applying Sika Rustoff 100 of SIKA or equivalent of Fosroc/Dr Fixit rust remover for rusted metal, iron based with brush for wetting of rusted metal surface and allow to react it for 16-24 hours and after 24 hours, a white layer will appear which will protect further corrosion of metal / steel for about 5-7 days including surface preparation, errection of steel props and before applying protective/passivating coating the surface should be wire brushed,thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth (covering/dosage shall not be less than 1kg per 3- 5 sqm in 2 coats depending on the diameter of the rods or 0.120 to 0.150 kg per sqm per coat depending on extent of rusting and nature of substrate) including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and applying Sika Armatec 108 of SIKA or equivalent of Fosroc/Dr Fixit , anti corrossion coating to the steel reinforcement consisting of two component,cement based polymer modified two component coating for corrosion protection, 2 coats of 1mm thick each, fully compatible with the reinstatement methods adopted,errection of steel props as required for the application including surface preparation complete all as specified and as directed (coverage area of mixed system shall not be less than 0.8Kg per Sqm for two coats).

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints , hacking for key scrubbing down with water and height upto 25 metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement incl. finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately) and height upto 25 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound and height upto 25 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L For Preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint in Camouflage Pattern having VOC less then 50 gm/litre and UV resistence as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces all as specified and as directed. (Note- Contractor shall quote their rates considering upto the height 30 m staging of tank.)

Material and labour for cleaning of under over head tanks (Capacity upto 100000 Gallons) internally from base to top including scraping the mud, silt from the base and walls, washing the complete internal surfaces with clean water removing the silt/mud outside the surrounding area and desilting / removal of mud from the connecting pipes cleaning the mouths of the internal pipes and depositing the same n. exc 100m away from site of any capacity and height upto 25 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Including Jointing and Testing of DI Pipe, Sockets and Spigot end, Class K-9, of 150mm Dia (6") ISI Marked, including special fittings suitable for push on Jointing with inside cement mortar lining, External Metallic zinc coating followed by finishing layer of Black Bitumen coating , pipe laid in tranches, joint and jointing materials as per OEM specifications and testing including taking out old Unserviceable DI Pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make : Electro Steel/ Jindal / Kesoram. (Note- Contractor shall quote their rates considering upto the height 30 m staging of tank.)

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as Specified.

M&L PCC in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic & other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate and height upto 25 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L For Repair of CI Pipes 150mm Dia of OHT at Height of 20 Mtr including all fitting/Fixture and Necessary Scaffolding with all safety measures for workers being work at height upto 25 metre, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for including grills, door, truss, gate, rafters, purlins etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;l adders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks, cattle trap and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165,ornamental and intricate design complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n exc 10cm width or girth, not otherwise describe applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.(Note- Contractor shall quote their rates considering upto the height 30 m staging of tank.)

M&L for preparation old steel and iron surface not otherwise described n exc 10cm width or girth and applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paints.(Note- Contractor shall quote their rates considering upto the height 30 m staging of tank.)

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC in sub base, foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (50% grey and 50% coloured) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 40 mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed.
