Providing and fixing steel gate partly grills and partly M.S. sheet 3.16 mm thick with M.S. angle frame of 65 X 65 X 6 mm including handles, hold fasts, locking arrangment and applying a priming coat of red lead paint ( as per standard design),

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :.(i) Water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : (i) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm.

75 cm, high fencing with angle iron post 50 X 50 X 6 mm of 1.24 m long placed at every 2.44 m apart embeded in R.C.C. columns and every 1st, 5th and corner posts to be struted providing with 6 (six) horizontal lines and two diagonals of G.I. barbed wire ( 0.164 kg/m.) between two posts filled and fixed with G.I. staples etc. complete.

SH (C) : SENTRY TOWER - 4 NOS.

Providing and fixing expanded metal 20x60mm strands 3.25mm wide and 1.6mm thick for windows etc. including 62x19mm beading of Ilnd class teak wood and priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.(i) Using M.S. angles 40 x 40 x 6mm for diagonal braces.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and onforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4Kanhaighat coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily..(i) Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size (a) Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm)with EPDM seal,complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trussesand including cutting to size and shape wherever required with (i) Precoated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.50 mm thick

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories , Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers complete : (i) Ridges plain (500 - 600mm). (a) Precoated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.50 mm thick.

12mm cement plaster of Mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Kanhaighat sand).

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : (i) 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Kanhaighat sand).

15 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 kanhaighat sand) finished with afloating coat of neat cement on the roughside of single or half brick wall.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :.(i) Water thinnable cement primer
