Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame), area of opening n'exc 1.5 Sqm each, removing from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In order to facilitate the taking down of chowkhat or frame with holdfasts, the cost of cutting holes or dismantling of brick/stone/concrete masonry work of any description in Jambs of existing opening or removing any other fixing arrangement and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required so as to re-fix the holdfasts of new chowkhat or frame shall deemed included in quoted unit rates. (ii) Hold fast / fasteners shall be measured and paid separately in respective item hereunder.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills gratings, sun shed cover fixed with nut bolts incl, cutting drilling holes etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed baluster, walk ways, railings, framed work or water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmX47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet (edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet) reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification. Note: The cost of fasteners (10mm dia, 100mm long, min 6 Nos.) shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6mm raised panel design with 5 mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 5mm prelam PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F UPVC ventilator with exhaust fan, for ventilation in toilet with (openable type window / Fixed glass as per requirement) of frosted glass with UPVC frame of approved colour, thickness 60 mm, Length 750mm and height 600 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and fixing factory made uPVG white colour Sliding window, Area of Net wall opening not exceeding 2.00 sqm each, Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated),steel roller system. and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass and gauging with Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories includes all other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (Openable) window, Area of Net wall opening not exceeding 2.00 sqm each, made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + – 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 73mm),T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm), Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware.EPDM gasket 1.2 +– 0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27.5mm). T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), But Hinges of'zinc alloyed (white powder coated), transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system] and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass.or stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm includes all other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed..

S&F 105 mm X 60 mm size pressed steel frames for door with one or more rebates including necessary lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, one shop coat of red oxide primer, filing PCC (1:3:6), type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded store aggregate) in hollow portion of frame and two coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of primed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, shop coat, synthetic enamel paint and PCC filling work shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates.
