RCC work in CC 1:2:4 for Lintel using 12mm size hard granite chips including centering and shuttering

Supply, cutting and binding MS rods (8/10/12mm)

Supply and fixing polished granite stone of indivisual size above 0.40 sqm of 20mm thick in CM bed 1:1 on working table including front edge molding

Supply and fixing vitrified tiles of indivisual size 600x600mm of approved make confirming to IS 13755 color printed series on 10mm thick polymer modified adhesive and filling joint with matching grout

Supply and fixing polished granite tiles of indivisual size above 0.10 sqm of 10mm thick in CM bed 1:3 on walls similar to Adm Wing

Closed deep chipping & cleaning the surface for receive cement putty

Supply and fixing FRP door frame (GRP) (75x100)mm including iron fixtures all

Supply and fixing 32mm thick FRP door shutter (GRP) including aluminum fixtures all

premier plastic paints 2 coats over primer

Finishing wall surface with acrylic wall putty

Primer 1 coat with wall primer

Enamel painting two coats over door window & grill

Aluminum partition with anodized (Hindalco) aluminum section no. 9210 & 9207 horizontal & vertical member & section 4660 as tapered clip with 6mm clear glass

Aluminum sliding/push pull door with anodized (Hindalco) aluminum section with handle, lock & 6mm thick clear glass etc complete

Supply and fixing of gypsum based ceiling tiles 600mmx600mmx16mm size NRC=0.5, CAV value 34 db: Equivalent to Dune RH 99 (Armstrong) with Silhouette frame (black groove) to be fixed from AC roof including labor and transport
