Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and fixing 3 mm thick ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel ) of approved quality and shade with 0.25mm thick front and back coil, 2.5mm LDPE (Core thickness) with PVDF Coating Exterior grade with necessary fittings & sealant as per direction of Engineer- In -Charge.

Providing Engineering Consultancy for Preparation and submission of detailed working and structural drawing of main entry gate as per standard engineering practices and shall be vetted by IIT/NIT/Govt. Engineering college. The consultant shall be solely responsible for the adequacy and structural safety of the proposed structure. Agency has to submit detailed design calculation and the copies of detailed drawings for execution of work in three sets of hard copy. The complete work shall be executed as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Design, Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of retro reflective sign boards made of 4 mm thick ACP Sheet (ACP sheet of make Aludecor / Alstrong / Euro Panel / Alucobond), one side face to be fully covered with All Micro Prismatic grade retro reflective sheets conforming to ASTM D 4956-09 Type XI of 3M / Avery Denison make in blue/green and silver white or other colour combination as approved by Engineering-In-Charge including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2012 (latest revision), pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminum alloy rivets @ 30cm c/c to back support frame, complete job as reqd, as per approved drawing, specification and direction of Engineer incharge. [Note:-Excluding the cost of structural steel frame] An Authorization letter from the Retro Reflective Sheet Manufacturer and 3 years outdoor weather exposure certificate (as per IRC: 67-2012) for retro reflective sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer is to be produced by the bidder.

Supply and fixing of outdoor Cable Junction Boxes IP 66 with integrated membranes / metric knockouts, with terminals and size of (104mm x 104mm x 70mm) for cable entry and making the connection of LED light, complete as required. Make:- Hensel, Model:-DK 0404 G or equivalent.

Supply of 4 C X 10 sqmm cable of 1.1 kv grade aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS: 7098:1988 (Part-I) with upto date amendments.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade size up to 35 sq. mm on wall surface as required. (clamped with 1 mm thick saddle)
