Taking down ceiling/exhaust fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades handover to EM store complete.

Disconnecting and Taking out submain wiring any type from site and removing material to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit complete all as specified and direced.

Removing building materials etc to a distance of 1 Km or under beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and direced.

Note :- The contract sum shall be arrived after deducting the amount of Schedule of credit from total quoted amount of BOQ and accordingly lowest bidder shall be ascertained.
