The workmanship should be as per trade practice and standard workmanship.

Removing of old unsv PVC seat and back of chair verandah and Supply and fix New PVC seat and back set 4mm thick with weight not less than 1.8kg complete all as specified, shown on drg and as directed

Cleaning the old painted surfaces, applying one coat of synthetic enamel white paint all round including welding of left out welded portion complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of u/s or torn out shoes and supply and fix new PVC shoe heavy duty of approved quality as per drg.

Chair dining FD/MAP-II/05 Repairs to chair dining by removing the following existing unserviceable wooden members and providing new first class hard wood (teak) members all as specified and as shown on drawing

Removing the existing u/s table top and S&F new table top of required size which shall be made of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated MDF board both side, exterior grade (grade-I, type-II) ISI marked with approved walnut colour or shade as approved by GE with 2 mm thick PVC edging of matching colour all round on head board and footboard shall be fixed with strong bonded chemical through hot pressed machine to be provided as per standard workmanship rest all as per drawing and as specified and as directed. Note: Hand pressed/manual pressed beading/edging will not be accepted.

Cleaning the old painted surfaces, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour all round including welding of left out welded portion and provide 04 Nos PVC shoe to each table complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing u/s cut pieces of small wooden back rest top portion member and supply and fix new cut pieces of small wooden back rest top portion member of shape and size as per drg.

Removing u/s front leg and supply and fix new front leg of suitable size made of teak wood as per drg.

Removing u/s rear leg and supply and fix new rear leg of suitable size made of teak wood as per drg

Removing u/s stiffener and supply and fix new 25mmx40mm teak wood stiffener as per drg.

Scrapping down the rusted portion of Charpoy IP hard top with sand paper, remove dents and bents and smoothing the surfaces by applying metal paste where ever required and carrying out repairs such as welding wherever required and applying one coat of synthetic enamel black paint, over coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing U/S old Ply wood from Charpoy IP hard top and supply and fix new 12mm thick BWR plywood of suitable size as per drg and S&F suitable new flat headed S/steel nuts and bolt including suitable cut washer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Desk with seat for student (Small) (Age 11 to 14 Year) Model-II FD/CWE/01/08

Replacement of old broken and rusted MNF set with new U shaped MNF set made out of 19mm dia, 1.6mm thick round pipe duly painted with black paint over a coat of primer, size and shape as per drg

Removing of old broken chuck nut and Supply and fix new 32 mm dia GI cheek nut for GI pipe charpoy, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed

Removing old rusted U/S steel flat iron stiffeners and supply and fix new steel flat iron stiffeners made out of 40 x 5 mm and length not less than 0.91 mtr including painting the stiffener with 2 coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed

Removing of unsv old damaged plywood and Supply & fixing of 12 mm thick BWR plywood of size 2.00 mtr x 0.91 mtr. The edges of the plywood shall be finished with sand paper for smooth surface. The plywood top shall be fixed with 75 mm length GI round headed bolt and nut with Suitable Cut washer as per existing arrangement and complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Bed hard top MAP Drg No: FD/E6/MAP/08

Scrapping down the rusted portion of Bed hard top with sand paper, remove dents and bents and smoothing the surfaces by applying metal paste wherever required and carrying out repairs such as welding wherever required to tighten the frame and applying two coat of synthetic enamel black paint, and removing the U/S PVC Bush and S&F New PVC Bush 04 Nos complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing U/S Ply wood from Bed hard top and supply and fix 12 mm thick BWR plywood of suitable size as per drg and S&F suitable new flat headed S/steel nuts and bolt including Suitable Cut Washer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.
