Part 1 : Construction of Anganwadi Building at Thamaraipadi near Community Hall H/o Thamaraipadi Estimate Amount Rs.17.25 lakhs

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil for foundation etc. complete.

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with good M Sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete (Below Basement)

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing granolithic flooring with CC 1:2:4 mix 25 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three M.Sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) Using anti-skid tiles (Observed Data)

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size300x200x6 mm of best quality including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required size

Finishing the top of the roof with one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of size 23x23x2 cm of approved quality laid in CEMENT MORTAR 1:3(One cement and three sand) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar,red oxide, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with CM 1:3,10mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.,complete

Plastering with CM 1:5,12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.,complete

Distempering two coats over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Exterior emulsion two coats over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Supply and fixing of mild Steel Doors of any size with standard specification including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint inculding cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc.,complete

Cost, supply and fixing of Cuddappah slab 38/40mm thick for Shelf, Cupboard and Kitchen top including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete

Providing and fixing of PVC rain water down fall pipe 110mm dia with necessary T W Clamps, Plug, Shoes, bend, Screws, nails etc., complete

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires with TW switch box and 5A FT switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (SD 18)

supply and fixing of 1200mm sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp SD 106 (SD 110)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'-40W flourescent tube fitting with copper choke and condenser with TW round block on wall or ceiling with flourescent tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting of Tube Light [SD 88 ]

Supply and fixing of 300mm (12") sweep (light duty) AC exhaust fan complete without provision of hole in the wall (SD 114)

Wiring 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.30)PVC insulated unsheathed SC.cu. conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with in flush with wall covered with hylem sheet of 3 mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC plug point (SD No.36) 5 pin plug point (SD 38)

Supply and run of 4 of 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour (SD 62)
