Amount

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil for layiing of water supply pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material ( soils of any type) not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry coarse sand as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 Cm (15 Cm under the cable & 8 Cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 Cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying in trenches Bricks, sub class 'B' over burnt (kiln burnt) old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Laying only in trenches Old serviceable bricks obtained from taking out old unserviceable XLPE cable, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Materials and Labour Cutting existing road / path etc for taking out cable and proction pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces with cement concrete type C2 ( 1:3:6, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) of suitable depth complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) type C2 including necessary form-work, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour PCC type C2 ( 1:4:8, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in poles and similar locations complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable PCC.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole/struts and other similar location etc with and including all necessary form work complete all as specified & directed including demolition of old PCC/broken PCC.

Taking out unserviceable UG cables of any type and any sizes from trenches etc and removing from the site of work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Serviceable bricks obtained shall be stacked properly for re-use. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of these schedule.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volt grade 10 Sqmm 2 core in trenches/ duct/floor/wall with provision of saddle and lugs, joints etc including connection complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volt grade 16 Sqmm 2 core in trenches/ duct/floor/wall with provision of saddle and lugs, joints etc including connection complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Straight through XLPE cable jointing kit 1100V ( Earthed) grade for indoor termination heat shrinkable type complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Straight through XLPE cable jointing kit 1100V ( Earthed) grade for indoor termination heat shrinkable type complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 Sqmm to 150 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Straight through XLPE cable jointing kit 1100V ( Earthed) grade for indoor termination heat shrinkable type complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm to 300 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Thermoplastic, polycarbonate pole junction box of size 250mm x 200mm x105mm and box should have four terminal of 25 Sqmm and earth terminal along with MCB 6 Amps and fixed to pole with MS clamp made out of MS flat of section 25x 3mm including all necessary fittings and connection including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Enginner-in-Charge. Make:- Sintex Cat part No GSJB 2520 or equivalent moel from make;- RMC/ Hansel.

Supply and fix Thermoplastic, polycarbonate pole junction box of size 103mm x 103mm x73mm and box should have four terminal of 25 Sqmm and earth terminal along with MCB 6 Amps and fixed to pole with MS clamp made out of MS flat of section 25x 3mm including all necessary fittings and connection including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Enginner-in-Charge. Supply and fix Land scape lighting 9/10 Watt ( LED Bollard) of IP 65 rated inverted pyramid type with soft 360º light distribution with necessary PCC base including necessary connection and all accessories complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable one.
