Earth work excavation in all class of soils except hard rocks requiring blasting such as hard stift clay cotton hard earth shales murrams gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size with initial lead and lift including all incidential charges such as removing boulders sharing, strutting, watering bailing out water it necessary including all labour charges etc., Complete for foundation.

Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1 : 4 : 8 (One Cement four M.sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including formwork and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying , errecting and Centering for Side and Soffiots including necessary supports for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists (Country wood) of size 10x6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 -13cm dia.spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications for Side wall etc., Complete. up to 1 m height

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Mix (one Part of cement, three Part of M- Sand and six Part of aggrigate) using 20 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.
