PREV ELEC MTNCE OF STACKER&RECLAIMER I&II

LT Modules Size- 1,2 & 3. Charges for cleaning of the LT modules (30 KW to 125 KW) dust deposits by using vaccum cleaner/ blower. Removal of contactors cover, removal of carbon and dust from over all electrical components, cleaning the carbon dust in moving and fixed contacts, MCB, control contacts, relays etc., with molykote. Tightness checking of all bolts and nuts, internal wiring component, reassembling the LT modules- after completion of the work the LT modules put in service and check the trial run of the module along with equipments. Size 3 (30 KW to 125 KW)

LT Motors size 1 and 3 Charges for removing of terminal cover cleaning of LT motors and terminal box by blower and tightness checking of all three phase bus bar and terminals bearing checking and greasing after the completion of the work meggering the motor windings checking of the motor trial operation with load. Size 3 (30 KW to 125 KW)

LT Breaker : Charges for rack out the LT Breakers (415 V, 3 phase 800A) from the panel removing from its position removal of arch chute cover cleaning the carbon deposits in all electrical components, moving and fixed contacts protection CT’s with molykote tightness checking of all bolt and nuts internal wiring with components lubricating the breaker mechanism assembling the LT Breaker after completion of work, racked the LT breaker inside the panel and put in service position and check the healthiness of the breakers and operating conditions.

Transformers : Charges for removal of carbon dust from the outer surface of the transformer body (6.6KV/430V) between the cooling fins by blower or vaccum cleaner- cleaning of the earth resistance box and bucholz relay and winding temperature indicator terminals in transformers and earth pit conditions etc.,

LT Bus : Charges for removing the top & side cover of cable alley and removal of carbon dust deposited over the bus bar, support insulators and cable connecting terminals by blower / vaccum cleaner and tightness checking of bus bar joints, insulator support bolts & cable end termination if found any abnormalities such as in the joints bolts, cable end termination bolts and cable end lugs found charred condition, cutting the burnt portion and providing the new lugs & crimping (lugs & bolts will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost). After completion of work checking the IR value of the LT bus. checking the machine earthing provisions ensuring for proper earthing of the machine.

HT Breaker: Charges for rack out the H.T breaker (6.6KV, 3phase, 1250A) from its cubicle, removal of coal dust deposition over the breaker, inside the cubicle, over the bus bar, supporting insulators, CTs, PTs, all control cable terminations in the breaker power and control cable terminations in the cubicle & CTs and checking the breaker electrical operations for ensuring healthiness. Also if necessary releasing the CTs, transporting to MRT lab for protection checking.

Power and Control Junction boxes: Charges for cleaning of coal dust deposition over the bus bar of Power Junction boxes of Stacker I & II and Reclaimer I & II and cleaning coal dust deposition over the Terminal blocks in the Control Junction boxes of Stacker I & II and Reclaimer I & II which are interlinking between coal handling control room and Stacker & Reclaimer machines and checking tightness of all power and Control terminations.
