REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY SYSTEM AT AF STATION JAIPUR

Dehydration/Filteration of tranformer/Stabilizer oil at site by means of centrifuging machine in order to improve dielectric strength of oil as per IS-355. Break down voltage should not be less than 50 KV with 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Oil topping up shall be measured and paid seperately.

(b) Contractor has to make his own arrangement for oil filteration plant for both Technical and Domestic area.

(c) Contractor will have to produce and submit the test certificate of oil testing carried out in presence of user and Engineer in Charge or JE E/M.

M & L for topping up/change oil for transformer/stabilizer of 11KV/433 Volt of different capacity of dielectric strength /repturing capacity of oil not less than 50 KV (tested at site with testing kit with 2.5 mm gap ) and test the the dielectric strength of transformer oil before and after the topping up and make oil to the required level of transformer indicator level all as specified and directed. Make: Power/Savita or as approved by AGE(I).

(a) The transformer oil shall be ISI marked and brought at site in sealed container only.

(b) Item included M & L for necessary T & P for collection of transformerr oil samples , testing kit and filteration plant.

S & F in replacement breather for transformer oil conservator tank including filled with silica gel for transformer of 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of steel surface of LT steel tubular pole 8/9 mtr including accessories like cross arms and clamps etc painted with two coats of aluminium paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer over the prepared surface including numbering of poles with black colour paint complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- T&P required for work deemed to be included in item rate.

M & L for maintenance/servicing/over hauling of HT VCB of any description and any make of rating 11 KV by dismantling/opening of the VCB including cleaning by air blower and servicing greasing, oiling of the parts, tightening the ontrol circuit, meggering VCB, checking all fuses and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one etc and ensuring smooth functioning o HT VCB, reassembling the VCB after over hauling /servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Prior intimation and permission should be taken before shut down. Skilled tradesman and electrician/helper would be required to carry out the work. Work has to be carried out at domestic & tropo area of AF station Jaipur.
