Supply of 1 X 4 sq.mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core wire for end to end termination for earthing, preferably green colour conforming to conforming to IS:694 as amended up to date and technical specifications etc. complete as required.

Laying of Secondary Cable along with 01(one) no. 1x4 sqmm. wire for earthing, in Runway Pavement at suitable depth (as per site requirement upto 0.18 m) including Kerf cutting by suitable cutter machine, binding the secondary cable with earth wire and covering the same with cotton tape for protection as per site requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, making end termination of earth wire with shallow base of inset fitting and isolating transformer housing box, cleaning, filling the gap with backer rod and suitable sealing material (as per site requirement) above the cable, finishing, making good the runway surface and matching the same with existing runway surface level, painting the surface (if needed), cleaning the area etc. complete as required.Length of kerf cutting shall be consider for measurement.

DSITC of LED Guidance Sign Board of various sizes made out of anodized 3 mm corrosive resistant aluminum extrusion frame (thickness of signboard should be less than 45 mm) and Facia should not be more than 50 mm at all sides of the display. The extrusions frame should be interlocked/bolted with each other creating a sealed unit and 2 mm thick aluminium backcover, 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free front face, the letter & symbol should be made by of vinyl and pasted on 4mm thick polycarbonate sheet at the inner side of the sign face with required colouring, 4mm acrylic LGP sheet, signboard shall be uniformly inernally illuminated with LED strip mounted on the top of LGP sheet to achieve illumination level and can operate on series circuit without flickering, suitable arrangement shall be made for water tighness & locking arrangement, including supporting frangible legs & frame etc., grouting of each mouting leg by providing & laying 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) cement concrete foundation including excavation, shuttering & centering, refilling, leveling etc, fixing of coupling through anchor bolts, secondary cable laying, connection to isolating tranformer, testing and commissioning etc complete as required as per technical specification and meeting ICAO Annex 14 specifications.

Design, Supply, Assembling, installation, testing and commissioning of ICAO and FAA compliant Computerised Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) through HMI, Type L890 BB to the requirements of FAA advisory circular No. AC 150/5345-56B amended upto date and additional circuits/ mechanism/ interfaces for control and monitoring of constant current regulator (CCR's) & fixed circuits such as guard light, Taxi centre light,Taxi edge light,APRON edge light stand manenvering light,Stop bar light etc. to make them compatible with ALCMS, data & power cabling & earthing etc., including spare PLC and I/O modules, all hardware and software, licenses and other items as required for succesful operation of the system in line with the scope of work, details of equipments, specification, performance criteria etc. Two vault processor should be provided both running in parallel for full redundancy in operation at ATC tower (control working position) and two vault at CCR room (maintenance working position) and also ALCMS to work in fail safe mode complete as required as per technical specifications including cable terminations, provision of SPD, media converters etc complete as required including additional vault processor. SITC of 50 KVA PWM IGBT based level 3 True-On-Line Double Conversion Microprocessor Controlled Modular UPS System (Each UPS shall have modules in N +1 for internal redundancy; each module capacity shall be from 10 KVA to 25 KVA) in parallel configuration of suitable size to be installed for Air Field Ground Lighting System working on 3 phase, 4 Wire, 415 Volt, 50 Hz and delivering output 3 phase, 4 Wire, 415 Volt, 50 Hz , High Efficiency ≥95% , having SMF Batteries to support minimum 30 minutes back up with each UPS, THD less than 3% at full load , Input Phase Sequence Correction should be inbuilt in UPS, Input Power Factor ≥0.99 and Output Power Factor unity, having transfer time of 0 m sec, up along with all accessories i.e. breakers, DC cables, cabinets, battery racks, interconnecting links and related items etc as per site requirement for making the UPS Operational and meeting the standard of IEC and as per specification.

Carrying out the field surveys as per following: i) for installation of Inset/Elevated LED/halogen light fittings and all items considered under this contract including taxiway centre line, maneouvering lights as per ICAO / DGCA CAR. ii) after installation of fittings, survey of complete Airfield Ground Lighting facilities viz. visual aids, cable layout, earthings etc. as per site including mapping and depicting of visual ground aids, underground facilities etc. complete as required as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. This job includes surveys as many times as required with total station/DGPS and other required instruments to complete above i) and ii). The Final layout indicating coordinates shall be submitted as one free size legible colour print copy with frame and hanging arrangement, Three hard colour copy for office file, one copy in PDF and one soft copy in AutoCAD, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Photometric testing of all Taxiway Centreline lights,Stop Bar,Signages : Carrying out/making in-field measurement of intensity, beam spread, orientation, chromaticity, luminous factor by using vehicle mounted mobile testing equipment / portable hand held system submission of test reports etc as per requirement of ICAO/DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements section-4, Aerodrome standards and licensing, Series-B, Part-I etc complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.
