Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, & n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Filling of excavated soil in floor including watering and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated materials to a distance exc. 5 KM, but n.exc 10.0KM and depositing out side MD land.

M&L Cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete in type D2, 1:4:8(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore of broken boulders guage n. exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface, all as specified

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub base 100mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring 40mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in Plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC of grade M-20 as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter

M&L for RCC M-25 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) as in columns pillers, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste the form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, fair finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-20 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) as in band on Compound wall,roof beams, cantilevers , bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste the form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam, lintels, cantilevers etc, fair finished surface.

S & F TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia but in stirrups complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F TMT steel bars 5 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L precast cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble (Bangalore type), regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick Cm (1:6) rendering on fair surfaces of brick/stone or concrete block work even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel work of such as grill of compound wall ,grating angle iron (Fe 410-Gd or Fe 310) including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes for nut and bolts etc including flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh staying the post in a true vertical position embedded in concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Ms black sheet 1mm thick in compound wall cladding,steel gate cut to size holes punched including cuting and fixed steel frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces & priming with red oxide and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Air Cooled type condenser of 100 TR cap (size 4950x 3300 x 1400mm) made out of hard copper tubing 3/8" 0.36mm thick with extruded aluminium 0.15 mm thick coil fins 12 to 13 Nos per in 3 rows dully supported with MS Iron sheet with heavy duty dynamically balanced centrifugal fan blade with induction motor of suitable cap 900 to 1400 RPM water proof welding /brazing and inter connecting to existing pipe line complete with gas charging i.e R-22 upto 100 Kgs including pressure testing with nitrogen gas for 48 hours leak testing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Condensor shall be installed at building roof top upto 9.5 mtr height)

Note : (i). Air cooled condensor shall be designed in such a way that one 50 tr compressor shall be connected with one side of air cooled condensor comprising of three compartment which contains hard copper tubing of size 4950mm in length and dia 3/8" (56 Nos copper piping in each compartment ) and total 03 nos such compartment shall be made on one side of the air cooled condensor ). Compartment size 4950x 480 x 150mm (03 nos such compartment in one side and the same 03 Nos compartment at other side ) Total 06 Nos ( 03 Nos at each side)

(ii) Supply and welding of MS pipe of size 80 mm and 40 mm each (7 meter on either side , total 14 M both side of 80mm and 40mm dia size ) for liquid and discharge line including making connection with condensor coil with brazing of hard copper pipe of size 20 mm dia as per required length (upto 5 mtr) at both side of the air cooled condensor.

(iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deem to include for mounting of air cooled condensor on MS Channel suitable for Air cooled condensor of size i.e (4950x 3300 x 1400mm).

(iv) Air cooled condensor complete with MS Channel shall be mounted on roof top at the height of 9.5 Mtr of building on the RCC foundation legs of size 300 x 300 x300mm ( total 08 Nos). Provision of anti vibrating pad shall be provided on the foundation in the quoted rate.

(v) The fan mounted at air cooled condensor shall be dynamically balanced , centrifugal fan blade with water proof induction motor 3 phase / 415 volt 50 HZ of cap 01 HP with 900 to 1400 RPM supporiting with MS bracket with air cooled condensor

(vi) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deem to include for copper cable of size 6 sqmm 3 core of required length ( 06 x 10 Mtr ) for making connection from panel to each condensor fan motor (total 06 Nos ) complete with lugs and minor items like glands etc.

(vii) Inspection door made out of 2mm thick MS sheet complete with locking arrangement shall be provided in air cooled condensor.

(viii) The enclosure of air cooled condensor shall be made out of MS sheet of size 2mm thick complete with dust and vermin proof painting ( anti corrosion paint ) all as specified and directed.

(ix) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deem to include for replacement of main MCB including contactor and relay and fuse -01 Nos of air cooled fan motor panel and outgoing MCB including contactor and relay and fuse -total 06 Nos .

(x) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deem to include for opening/ dismantling of all electrical /all pipe line connection from existing unserviceable condensor and demount the same from room top safely and transport the same to the storeyard for further action.

(xi) Testing certificate from approved vendor and warranty for one year from date of commissionig as per tender clause shall be provided by the contractor.

(g) Multi functional meter 01 No (h) Electrical TNC (Trip -Neutral-Close) Switch: Trip , Neutral and close switch for manual operation will be provided by OEM of panel. (j) Indication : Green (ON) & Red (OFF) for main ACB (k) Single phase preventor for each compressor and condensing motor-08 Nos (l) Complete internal wiring with suitable copper condutor wires - 1 Lot (m) Provision of extra space for two more out going feeders and contactors. (n) Control desk complete with contactors, push buttons and temparature indicators and copper wiring with suitable size.

Note : (i) All termination of existing cable should be provided with copper lugs/thimbles and suitable size of glands & rate for the same is deemed to be included in the item. (ii) The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive for disconnecting unserviceable panel after taking out existing LT Cables from unserviceable panel/duct/trenches and reconnectiong the existing cables to new panel including keeping safe unserviceable panel in custody. iii) Before installing/commissiong drawing of panel shall be approved by GE.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 6 mm thick buried direcly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground level with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR part I and earth wire protected by galvanized pipe light grade 40 mm bore and thorugh test point including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of strata, GI light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chember with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 design mix cover slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 6mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/GI pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required of GI strip 25 x 4 mm complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for taking down and disconnecting of all existing LT Cables of any sizes / of any capacity from LT Panel board with out any damaging to other equipments and reconnection of the same after complete the job all as specified and as directed.
