Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dressing & levelling of bed within initial lead of 50mt. & lift of 1.5mtr etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Filling in foundation & plinth with sand including watering & ramming etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil for laying of HDPE Pipe Such as stiff clay , stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, moorum ordinary gravels, including dressing & levelling of bed within initial lead of 50mt. & lift of 1.5mtr etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge. (Mechanical 60% & Manual 40%)

Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4cm size h.g.b. hand broken metal of approved quality from approved quarry with ramming watering and curring etc. complete including cost, taxes, royalty convence charge of all material to worksite, supply of cement T&P required etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips of approve quality for approve quorry including water and curring with cost taxes royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Brick work with Fly ash Brick 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75kg / cm2 with dimensional tolerrance + 8% in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth etc. complete as per the Engineer-incharge.

Brick work with Fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure per cum etc. complete as per the Engineer-incharge.

12mm cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including waterring and curring with cost, taxes, royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

R.C.C. work in C.C. (1:2:4) including hoisting & laying & curring for 28 days using 12mm. Size clean black hard granite crusher broken chips of approve quality and from approve quarry including cost taxes conveyance charges of all materials to the worksite with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

2.5 cm A.S. Flooring with C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips of approve quality for approve quorry including water and curring with cost taxes royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Rigid smooths centering and shuttering for RCC works including false work and dismentgalling then after casting including cot os materials complete. (a) RCC walls and fins including attached pillasters

b) Chajja/Roof slab

c) Lintel

Dry brick rammed Khoa (10 cm) thick well watered and rammed inluding all cost as per specification in complete.

Labour charge for M.S. reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending & typing the grills & placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 guage per Qntl. Including cost of HYSD Still Bar (FE 415/ FE 500)

Filling the foundation and plinth with the excavated material as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Filling the foundation and plinth for trench of HDPE Pipe with the excavated material as directed by the Engineer-incharge. (Mechanical 60% & Manual 40%)

White washing 3 coat with approve good stone lime including cost conveyance charges of materials including supply of labour, gum, indigo etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Colour washing three coat with stone lime and colouring materials per 1 Sqm

Writing charge of required information and data on both side of the transperancy pillar including supplying of approved paints and required material for writing etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

MS Pannel Door double leafed with MS frame overall size including frame of height 1.2mt x 1.98mt. width for door and shutter of 20 gauge CR sheet pannel as per approved size & specification etc. complete including cost of all materials fitting and fixing the door etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Cost, Supplying of ISI marked 200 mm dia High Density Polythelene (HDPE) Pipes PE 80-PN 4 for water supply as per IS 4984/2016 in the following Nominal diameter, Grades of materials, Pressure rating including the rates of ex-factory, transportation, pre & post inspection, Cess etc complete but excluding the cost of GST etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Fitting and Fixing 200mm dia High Density Polythelene (HDPE) Pipes PE 80-PN 4 Pipe including jointing the pipe including fitting and fixing of required no. of Riser Tee for outlet and Shaddle and nipple for fitting air valve, equal Tee etc. complete including conveyance pipe from village to worksite and testing of pipe line etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Cost of 10HP/7.5KW Monoblock pump set total head of 18 mtrs capable to discharge 1700 LPM with squirrel cage induction motor fitted with bronze impeller TB-2 of IS 318/1981, companion flanges & Class "F"insulation suitable for operation 415 volt +6%-15% 3 phase, 50Hz AC poweer supply suction/deliveery = 100mmx100mm with BEE Star rated energy efficiency Pump & as per IS-9079/2002 with overall efficiency 62 to 65% of reputed brand having wide dealership net work for easy availability of spares.

Labour charges for installation of Motor including fitting & fixing of base frame, fitting & fixing suction and delivery pipe to motor, NR Valve, Foot Valve, Sluice Valve and other fitting materials including cutting, welding and construction of supporting pillar etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

100 mm Ø nominal bore G.I. pipe having wall thickness 4.5 mm electrical resistance welded of medium class confirming to IS - 1239 (pt-1 of 2004) with socketed at one end and the other end protected with plastic thread protector. The socket confirming to IS-1239 (pt-II/1992) with latest amendmewnts in random length of 4 to 7 mtrs. Each pipe should bear ISI certification & manufacturers name / Trade mark.

Control Pannel with Automatic Star delta Starter, sheet steel enclosure suitable for operation of Squirrel cage induction motor up to 10 HP with 16 Amp (AC -3) duty contractor at 415 Volt+6%-15%, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply with over load relay range 6.00 to 9.50 Amp & no volt coil with electronic timer suitable for operation at voltage range of 300 to 440 V. The Starter should provide dependable protection against over load and single phasing fitted with Volt meter,Ameter,MCB in complete shape including Indicator Lamp

63 Amp Main Switch Triple pole & neutral of voltage range 440 volt of re-wirable fuse and shall confirm to IS 4064 part I & with ISI mark.

3 x 10 sqmm Tarpodar cable XLPE (Cross link polyethylin) conforming to IS: 7098 (Part-II) including laying below .9mtr. of the ground and filling the excavated materials including watering and ramming.

Construction of 3 phase 11 KV line as per REC standard confirming to IE Rules 1956 with 300 kg 9 M long PSC Pole with 80 Sqmm AAAC , 11 KV "V" Cross arm, with required No.of 11 KV T & C Disc. Insulators in tension point & 11 KV Pin insulators, Couping & Padding of Poles. Danger Board at each Pole, Anti Climbing Devices, Stay Set at Bending point & double stay at end point with 18 mm G.I.H.T.Stay, concreting of Stay with Anchor plate, guarding at Road crossings etc. including cost of all materials, labour transportation,inspection & commissioning etc. complete.

Construction and erection of 11 /0.4 KV , 25 KVA Double Pole mounted Substation Star rated confirming to RE Rules 1956, mounted on 2.44 Mtr.
