Schedule 'A' -Part I ( B&R Works)

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt of any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling single layer mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of bond coat using "Epoxy bonding agent" on prepared surface, when bond coat becomes tacky apply repair mortar (using universal polymerised repair mortars single pack like Pagel U40 or Microconcrete) at a thickness up to 15 mm as per manufacturers instruction and as directed for application of roof treatment. Note: Application to be done by authorised applicators only.

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the mother slab, filling the crack up to 2 mm wide with crack filler of approved make maintaining a suitable slope for water drainage and reinstate damaged portion with polymer modified mortar as recommended and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat on prepared concrete/plastered surface and allow to dry for 04 (four) hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating over the primed surface.On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completely. Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions. Note: Crack filler, priming coat and water proofing coat used shall be of same Make/Manufacturer. The rate includes crack filling, minor repair required for making the surface smooth. Repair mortar for damaged portion will be paid separately.

M & L in repair providing aluminium (powder coated) snap grid frame work for false ceiling grid of size 605 mm x 605 mm complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick mineral fibre perforated board (white) in repair, fixed with screws to aluminium snap grid false ceiling frame work all as specified and as directed. Note: Aluminium grid shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for taking down loose and damaged concrete cement plaster from soffit of ceiling floor/slab, vertical surfaces of column beams, slab etc including exposing and removing rust from reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and plenty of water so as to remove the loose particles, dust, laitance etc. and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed.

M&L for applying one layer of concrete 40 mm thick comprises composition 50 Kg cement ,3 to 6mm chips 100 Kg, sand 50 Kg mixed with spray set SL 3 to 2.5 by weight of cement and 12.5 to 16.5 litres of water mixed with admixture including bonding agent and applying rust remover and gunnitting with pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5 Kg/Sqm all as specified and as directed

Supply only welded steel wire fabric weight not exceeding 4 kg per sqm all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT CRS bar 8 mm dia ,cut to length, bend to shape required and welded to existing reinforcement of any description and any position of RCC structure after binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia as an additional bars all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars CRS 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1 : 6 over gunniting surface and finishes the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1 : 3 over gunniting surface on ceiling and finishes the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 Ltr and not exceeding 500 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,cleaning etc all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.17 here in before but for capacity exceeding 500 Ltr and not exceeding 1000 Ltr capacity all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. capacity exceeding 250 Ltr and not exceeding 500 Ltr and refixing in position all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.19 here in before but for capacity exceeding 500 Ltr and not exceeding 1000 Ltr capacity all as specified and as directed.

S&F CPVC tank adaptor of size 25 mm bore fixed to PVC tank all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm dia brass ball valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and as directed

Taking up/down old GI tubing and connection of size 15 mm bore ,including cleaning for refixing all as specified and as directed.

Taking up/down old GI tubing and connection of size 20 mm bore ,including cleaning for refixing all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of 15 mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of 20 mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface and applying one coat of oil bound distember on ceiling all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old treated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of exterior grade weather proof antifungal paint complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls including racking out joints ,hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and as directed

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1 : 3 on ceiling and finishes the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and as directed

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1 : 6 on stone/masonry surface and finishes the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two coats (10 mm thick backing coat + 5 mm thick finishing coat) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with WPC 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of raincoat. Prime the surface with a coat of PRIMESEAL diluted with potable water in ration 2:1 by volume prior to application of raincoat and allow it to dry for 2 to 3 hrs. Apply first coat of raincoat. Apply second coat of raincoat with an interval of 5 to 6 hrs and allow to cure for 7 days all as directed and as directed. Note:- Priming coat and raincoat used shall be same Make/Manufactures.
