Taking down SWR pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, 'T', bends,etc., including removal to store for taking credit (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories), complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of internal dia 150/100 mm, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any postion complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM (1:4),complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, benching to manholes,water troughs and the like including weathering slighty rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as direted.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% (or as per manufaturers instruction) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as direted. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid respective item of SchA/BOQ)

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound of best quality complete all as specified and as direted.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting (150/110mm dia sewage) new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia(annealed) or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 150mm bore,HDPE double wall corrugated(DWC) sewage pipes laid in trenches and jointed as per manufacturer,s instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 110mm bore,HDPE double wall corrugated(DWC) sewage pipes laid in trenches and jointed as per manufacturer,s instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes 150mm bore, including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, T&P and labour for cleaning of blockage of WC/Urinal (carrying soil waste) in any length upto the first manhole using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 and removing blockage if any complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, T&P and labour for cleaning/ desludging of septic tank/ soak well of capacity upto 50 users using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 and removing the sludge and solid contents outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, T&P and labour for cleaning/ desludging of septic tank/ soak well of capacity from 51 users to 100 users using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 and removing the sludge and solid contents outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, T&P and labour for cleaning/ desludging of septic tank/ soak well of capacity from 151 users to 200 users using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 and removing the sludge and solid contents outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, T&P and labour for cleaning/ desludging of septic tank/ soak well of capacity from 201 users to 250 users using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 and removing the sludge and solid contents outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes singles socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC SWR Nahani/ Floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, dia of outlet 75 mm, water seal minimum 75 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repair PVC SWR Nahani/ Floor trap, multi inlet connection, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, dia of outlet 75 mm, water seal minimum 50 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L in repair for PVC (SWR ) gully trap 125/110 mm with grating or without grating and jointing with solvent cement and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed including cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC-U, type B as per IS 13592: 2013 single socketed soil waste pipes in any length with rubber ring joints, 75 mm dia, fixed to walls incuding mild steel clamp @ 1metre C/C complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge .

S & F UPVC bends with inspection door (any angle), 110 mm dia conforming to IS 14735: 1999 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge

Material and Labour for applying three coats of white wash to new plastered surfaces on walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of PVC water tanks of capacity not exceeding 300 litres including chemical treatment with Anti-bacterial agent consisting of following process: - Dewatering the tank with submersible pump, de-silting and removing of left over dirty water up to 100 to 150 mm in the bottom of the tank and sludge with special sludge pump, cleaning of walls and ceiling with special mechanized high pressure jet machines by rotary jet system at 100-120 Bar pressure (120 Kg /sq cm) which dislodges the layer of dirt, algae, fungus stuck on its surface usage of scrubbing machines for old stains and cleaning chemicals if required of make Eureka Forbes Ltd, floor of the dirty tank should be thoroughly cleaned up by fry jet cleaner to accumulate all dirt ,the remaining sludge should than be removed by sludge pumps, the dirt silt and other foreign material should further be removed by Industrial Vacuum Cleaners to make the floor totally dirt free, application/spraying of Anti-Bacterial chemicals to ensure total sterilization of tank from the inside, inside of the tank should be treated with specially developed 4 ft long ultraviolet Radiator to kill further floating bacteria/virus in order to make the tank totally clean, bacteria free and safe for storage of drinking water including writing letters 10 cm height as "Cleaned on: ___(Date)" in stencil on outer face of tank with white paint. All the above operations should be executed by trained workers and technicians, properly dressed along with gum boots, to work as per the direction of Engineer in charge and same shall be approved by GE before commencemnt
