Dismantling the unserviceable Outdoor unit from the split type unit and replacement with new outdoor unit (Includes compressor,condenser coil, condenser fan motor etc.) with suitable refrigerant gas support(R32/R410A/R22) of BEE 3 star rating 1.5 ton capactiy complete all as specified and directed.
All as per Sl item No 1.00 herein before but for 2.0 Ton capacity
Dismantling the unserviceable Indoor unit of the split type unit and replacement with new indoor unit, (Includes evaporator coil, PCB etc.) with suitable refrigerant gas support(R32/R410A/R22) for AC BEE 3 star rating 1.5 ton capactiy complete all as specified and directed.
All as per Sl item No 3.00 herein before but for 2.0 Ton capacity Note for item 1 to 4 : Gas shall be measured and paid for seperatly and Necessary pressure testing has to carried out using vacuum pump to remove air or condensables such as water from the system.
Replacement of Unserviceable remote control suitable for 1.5/2.0/3.0 ton capacity Split type AC of any make complete all as specified and directed.
S&F PVC drain pipe flexible type of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.
S&F copper pipe for Suction line with foam insulation for all Split/cassette AC of any capacity including dismantling the unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.
All as per Sl item No 7.00 herein before but for Discharge line complete all as specified and directed.
S&F three core flexible cord copper wire of size 4 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240 V, 20 Amp complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge
Supply only Refrigerant Gas R-22/R-32/410 all as specifed and directed.
S&F Outdoor unit stand suitable for 1.5/2 ton AC, complete all as specified and directed.
