Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out in all kind of soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m complete all as specified and directed . Note : The old existing road with all layer and strata below old existing surface treated as in any kind of soil for excavation, returning filling and removal. Any type of material obtained during excavation of old existing surface and below strata treated as any kind of soil.”

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out in all kind of soil the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material as in soil exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in all kind of soil, including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in each layer, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering/rolling with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller and finishing to reqd size, shape etc. not exceeding 1.5 mtr high form the starting point on 95% standard proctor density complete all as specified. NOTE: (i) The compaction of earth filling is to be carried out under optimum moisture condition with 95% of Standard Proctor density. (ii) The usable material obtained from serial item no.2 of BoQ here-in-before shall be reused under this item. No extra payment shall be admissible for any lead & stacking of reusable material obtainded form serial item no.2 .

Material and Labour for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering and consolidation with exc. 8 tonne & n. exc 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Granular Sub Base 200mm thick Shingle or gravel , spread, rolled and consolidated with exc 8 tonne & n. exc 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick dry lean cement concrete (DLC) of grade M10 Design Mix concrete ) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of pavement lay with mechanical/ sensor paver compact with vibratory double drum roller conforming to IRC: SP 49 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour Polythene film, 150 micron thick, laid on & including a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for construction of unreinforced plain cement concrete (Thickness of slab as aaproved by GE) having flexural strength of 4.5 MPA over a prepared sub base or base course of fine size of coarse aggregate not exc. 25mm mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mixed design by GE , transportion to site , laid with a fixed form or slip from paver with electronic sensor , spread compacted and finished in a continous operation including provision for contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints , admixture as approved by GE , curing compond , finishing all as per clause 602 of MORTH specifications for the road and bridge (Fifth revision published by IRC, 2013 Edition) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Expansion & Contraction joints shall be measured & paid separately.

Material and labour Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and sofits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter on rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming 20mm thick Expansion joints ( thickness of slab not exceeding 200mm) filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ with and including 20 mm dia mild steel dowel bars 50cm long (25cm in each slab) with ferrules, spaced at 300 mm centres, including boring, form work and preformed filler for dowels complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' with and including 20 mm dia mild steel dowel bars 50cm long (25cm in each slab) with ferrules, spaced at 300 mm centres, including boring, form work and preformed filler for dowels complete all as specified & directed. complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bodnded , bedded and solidly hearted in cm (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Flush pointing to random rubble masonry uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for 450 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and jointed in CM (1:1) including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation ,Returning filling and removal shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and Labour 200mm thick (spread thickness) Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with Fly ash Old size with Subclass 'B' Bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bands, string course, copings, apex stone, bed plate, kerbs, haunching and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle with and including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete , using extra cement , including forms , moulds, mitred /stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bands, string course, copings, apex stone, bed plate, kerbs, haunching and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle with and including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.
