Disconnecting existing suction and delivery pipes of any type (such as GI / CI / DI pipes) from the pump set (existing pipes were under / above ground) including cutting, welding or caulking of lead or any other types of joints, for pipes of nominal dia up to 150 mm, including taking down nuts, bolts, welding works and rubber gaskets etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable electirc control panel and providing new electrical control panel (CPRI approved) for pumping sets, cubical type, out door type, floor mounted, factory fobricated, dust, weather & vermin proof, powder coated, made out of CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick and angle iron legs of size 50 mm x 50mm x 5mm with front openable and with locking arrangements, with aldrop bolt and 7 liver lock with ISI mark shutters for each MCCB / starters having hinges on one side and locating knobs press type on other side and rear openable door complete with fully enclosed bus bar chamber, having insulated bus bar made out of aluminium strips of rating 200 Amp for 3 phase, 415Volts, 50 Hz, 4 wire system, with cable entry provision complete all as specified, with and including provision of suitable type of foundation with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as recommended by manufacturer, with and including provision of following accessories, complete all as specified and directed:- NOTE:- The cost of PCC foundation shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. MS ERW pipe, nominal dia 80mm, as per IS 3589 (1981), medium grade, heavy duty, including special joints complete for delivery side including necessary nuts, bolts and rubber gasket etc, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- The quoted rate shall deemed to be included for welding work to making header for pump house or fixing in the existing pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install Underground water tank stainless steel level indicator, industrial voltage 230 V AC frequency 50-60 Hz colour white rectangle numeric display with IP-65 protection guard, having suitable arrangement of magnetic level sensor, with suitable PVC cable (copper) consisting of control relay output, transmission suitable for 2 Lakh gallon UG sump, with and including provisiion of power, control cable of required size and core, including passing same through HDPE pipe / PVC pipe of appropiate size (including pipe), complete all as specified and directed. Valve chamber of internal dimension of 1500mm x 1500mm x 1000mm with 230mm thick brick masonry in CM 1:4 including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, 150mm thick hardcore in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), internal and external platering 15mm thick and in CM 1:3 (external plastering shall be provided upto 150mm below ground level) including bottom of valve chamber, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) coping 50mm thick including MS chamber cover with 4mm thick sheet fixed with angle iron frame 40mm x 40mm x 6mm duly fixed with split type old fasts 04 Nos and locking arrangements alongwith 07 liver ISI mark Godrej/ Harison lock with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including white wasing in 3coats for internal surfaces of chamber, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Excavation & earth work in any type of soil, RFR and removal shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and install Rotational moulded HDPE (ISI marked) water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), three layered, white colour, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, 1000 litre capacity, including taking down existing unserviceable water tank of any size, any type and any capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install Rotational moulded HDPE (ISI Marked) water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), three layered, white colour, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, 500 litre capacity, including taking down existing unserviceable water tank of any size, any type and any capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete (PCC) 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, cocnrete bases for placing HDPE tanks of any capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of bituminous road or PCC hardstanding upto 900mm deep and 300mm wide for laying of pipe line and making good of the top surface upto 100mm depth to match with the existing surface using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked as per IS-7098, cross-sectional area 16 sq.mm 4 core, laid in trenches / on poles / walls including provision of suitable hardware accessories, connecting up, testing on completion and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Polygon/Paragon or equivalent as approved by GE.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth strip 25mm x 3mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI earth wire shall be protected by 40mm dia GI pipe 'medium grade', watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of charcoal and salt on all side to earth plate upto a thickness of 150mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto GL and connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40mm thick RCC cover (1:2:4) mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point, including testing on completion, complete all as speciifed and as directed. NOTE:- (a) Rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of excavation in any type of strata, RFR and removal upto 50metre, PCC pit, funnel and RCC cover plate. (b) Earth continuity conductor upto a length of 7.5metre shall also deemed to be including in the rate quoted.

Supply and fix cable tray 150 mm width 18 SWG with necessary clamps/nuts / bolts/ Screw etc at appox 1.2 mm height complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The amount of schedule of credit on page No. 34 shall be deducted from the amount quoted against sch 'A' while deriving at the contract sum for accptance.
