Providing & laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg. penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and all other T & P articles as per specification including Supply of all material , labour , T&P, hire and running charge of Equipments,testing charges etc all complete but excluding GST. as ditrected by EIC. (by using mini batching plant and bitumen boiler at site)

Providing & laying 37.5mm & 75mm thick built up spray grouting for one layers 37.5mm thick using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm & 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR after scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0Kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm including Supply of all material , labour , T&P, hire and running charge of Equipments , etc all complete but excluding GST. as ditrected by EIC.

Providing & laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8Kg of bitumen per 10sqm. maintain proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and all other T & P articles with supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments,testing charge etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC (by using mini batching plant and bitumen boiler at site)

Exterior painting two coats to wall surface with acrylic based weathercoat paint of approved quality & shade having resistance to Fungus,Fading, including scraping, cleaning, brushing, washing the old paint with jet wash by water , removing the flakes applying uniformly two coats including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes,transportation, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.( Excluding the cost of GST)

Engagement of Tractor with trolly for shifting of over burden materials, debris from site and dumping at designated place etc. with fuel, engagement hire & running charges, cost of operator, etc. all completes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excluding GST)

Engagement of Unskilled labour for placing the slab in proper place and reffiling the excavated earth with all leads and lifts with supply of labour,T & P,safety equipments etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in -charge.( Excluding GST)

Providing and laying factory made premium M30 grade precast concrete paving tiles of 80mm thick with consistent and uniform quality , white cement based pigmented,lacquer coated, mechanically vibrated / compacted and casted in rubberised mould with interlocking slots of approved size,design,colour and cured through drying process and laying in position with proper level and slope over a minimum 50mm thick coarse sand bed with joints of 3mm thick filled with fine sand including levelling with surface vibrator,tamping ,curing and sweeping with cost & supply of all materials,labour,T&P, machineries,,way bill expenses,transportation,loading at factory end,unloading at site including providing barricades to the working area,testing charge excluding GST ,all testing etc.all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level and grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3Coarse Sand : 6 hard granite graded chips of 40mm & down metal, hoisting, laying in layers, by use of vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface, to proper level & gradient curing etc. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges,, etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding cost of centering & shuttering).(Excluding GST).

RCC work for precast slab of proportion 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 Chips) grade using crusher broken hard granite aggregate of 20mm & down size of approved quality, mixing, transporting, hoisting, laying in layers, consolidating by mechanical vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, excluding cost of GST, , all transportation charges, engagement hire & running charges of all machineries,testing charge etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (But excluding cost of binding wire, cost of Steel & labour charges for cutting, bending, binding, placing of reinforcement and cost of centering & shuttering).

Supply Tor/TMT steel of Fe 500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of steel, all labour,materials, transportation charges, T&P, taxes, etc. all completebut excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. NB: No payment shall be made for extra weight than theoretical co-efficient.

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering & shuttering made of steel/ply, plank ofapproved quality for R.C.C. structures and deshuttering and removing the same after dueperiod with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, tollage, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supplying of saline sand including transportation ,collecting,conveying by private trucks/dumpers with all lead & lifts,loading at one end & unloading at site , spreading,watering , consolidating,leveling to required height,slope etc.with supply of all labour , materials,transportation, T&P, if any excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge .

Supplying, fitting and fixing of chequered tile of approved quality, size (250x250)mm, shade, laying over a base course of CP (1:3) and cement slurry including cutting to size and joint with white cement and matching pigment laid to proper level, slope, cleaning and polishing with all cost of materials, labour, T&P, curing, Loading and Unloadind at site, Transportation charges, etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.( Excluding GST)

Providing and supplying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colours using hot Thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe,glassbreads dispenser,propane tank heater,driven by experience operator on road surface including cost of material,labour,T&P,cleaning the road surface of alldirt,seals,oil,grease and forign materials etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with application accordance with application specification.excluding GST.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick bituminous macadam with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates 25-10 mm @40%,10-5 mm @40%, 5mm @20% of total volume of chips adding premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 bitumen of 3.3% of total volume, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with required grade, level and alignment and rolled by VRR to achieve the desired compaction with supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments, etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC

Cleaning the existing black topped/Concrete work surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bitumin tack coat with supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments, etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC.
