Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m as per direction of Engineer in Charge.. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar, including filling joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections/angles/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.. Fixed to steel windows by welding

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and laying of Stone Aggregate (Single size) : 63 mm nominal size in substation switchyard area as per specifications to a thickness of not less than 150 mm as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Of area 3 sq. metres and below:

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineerin- charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing of film in glazing of aluminium partition/uPVC partition as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. : Two or more coats on new work
