Providing and fixing 35 mm thick Golden Champ (kiln seasones) glazed window shutter with 75mm thick wide styles and top and bottom rails. the rate includes the cost of 4mm glass panes fixed with 3/4'' x 3/4'' Hollock wood corner beading 2 Nos. Aluminium belt and Aluminium D-type handle 4" size the window shutter to be painted with two coats of special quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 19mm thick (ISI) Commericial Board shutter in existing cup board, lipped with hard wood lipping of 19mm x 6mm on exposed edges including nail, screw and fevicol etc. the rate also included the cost of two coats of special quality over one coat of wooden primer after preparation of ply wood surfaces fixed in position complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Enginner in charge. Providing and fixing 35mm thick !SI marked flush door shutters with iron butt hinges (heavy weight)125x40x4mm and screws, conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board. The rate further rate includes the cost of aluminium fittings such as one no. 250x16mm sliding bolt, one no. 200x10mm and one no. 150x10mm tower bolt, two nos. 125mm size D-type handles and painting the shutter with two coats of special quality paint over one coat of primer inc-Jding preparation of plywood surface for painting complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charges. Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
