Fabrication, Providing and Installation of trash racks of assorted sizes at various RDs on Tawi, Raya and Ravi Canal along with allied works

Removal of debris/garbage lying near/on the sides/at the mouth/ removal of the bushes across grooves etc. of the syphon and disposing it off to a nearby dumping site Extraction of the completely damaged/ corroded trash rack wherever available with the help of crane and manual labour after cutting it with oxy acetylene gas cutter/ dismantling by removing nuts/ bolts and other tools and tackles. Transportation/loading of old, badly damaged, corroded trash rack in private vehicle/load carrier with the help of labour/crane and transporting the same to the workshop & again unloading with the help of labour/crane/ other tools & tackles. The job also includes fabrication of new trash racks in place of completely damaged/washed away/unavailable trash racks of assorted sizes at different RDs mentioned as herein under-TR Ratnuchak of size (4.65+3.53)x1.5m & (3.53+3) x1.5m made out of MS Angle 75x75x8 along with one vertical central support (2No.), TR Patli at RD 15811 of size 2.55x1.54 m made out of ISMC 100x50 (01 No.), TR Raya at RD 17100 of size 2.52x1.56 m made out of ISMC 100x50 (02 No.), TR Langar of size 2.55x1.54 made out of MS angle 75x75x8 at RD 6750 (01 No.), TR Peer Baba at RD 1370 of size 3.15x1.5m made out of MS Angle 75x75x8 (01 No.), TR at RD 7450 of size 3.15x1.45 made out of MS angle 75x75x8 (02 No.). Fabrication of inner vertical strips (horizontal and vertical) made out of MS flat of 50 x 6 mm for each newly fabricated frames and their fitting by way of arc welding at an average distance of approx.10 equally. Welding work is to be carried out using good quality electrodes, resisting water corrosion conforming to ISI specifications. Grinding and finishing of the welded portions with the help of precision tools in such a way so as to remove blow holes, weld deposits, weld residue, sharp edges etc. Anchoring of the trash racks to the grooves with the help of fasteners and cut out waste strips. Application of two coats of anti corrosive red oxide primer followed by application of two coats of light blue paint. Loading &Transportation of newly fabricated trash racks in private vehicle with the labour/crane and transporting the same to the road side & again unloading it with the help of crane/manual labour and shifting the trash rack from the road side to the syphon mouth and its subsequent lowering into the grooved channel. Providing/ fitting of nuts/ bolts of required size specifications (as per sample) for holding the trash rack firmly/ robustly as a single composite structure in upright position. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, carriage charges (to and fro), hire charges of tools & tackles/crane, loading & unloading charges etc. Complete Job.
