Dismantling the Floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar of any thickness with mosaic tiles / glazed tiles / cuddapah slabs and clearing away the debris from the site with initial lead and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Labour charges for removing the damaged doors and windows including removal of frames, hinges and fastening and handed over to the department.

Dismantling plain cement concrete of any thickness in the foundation and flooring and clearing the debris from the foundation with initial lead and lifts, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying and filling in Foundation, basement and trenches etc., with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and well consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, five sand and ten aggregate) using 40 mm size hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and flooring including dewatering wherever found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Paving the floor with Designed Colour Double charged Vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand ) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.3 Kg/sq.m including finishing neatly and curing, etc. complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The Basic cost of tile shall not be less than Rs.80/- per square feet).

Dadooing the walls with best quality glazed tiles of approved design, colour of size 30 cm X 45 cm over the base plastering of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick and set in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two sand ) and pointed with colour cement and finishing neatly as directed by the departmental officers., etc, complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats using freshly burnt shell lime white in colour. Fevicol type gum should be used in the preparation of white wash solution, adequate quality of approved blue powder to be added to white wash solution for application to the walls etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer using best quality and approved colour of paint, brushes, scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification. Paint, primer and colour have to be got approved by department Engineers. (Like APCO Lite premium emulsion or its equivalent only)

Painting old wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive cost of all materials and labour including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,,i/c., before use on works).

Supplying and fixing flush door shutters of single leaf with skin type paneled door 32 mm thick made up of hard wood of approved quality including fixing necessary furniture fittings such as iron oxide MS hinges of 125mm x 30mm size 3 Nos., aluminium aldrop of size 250 x 16mm – 1 No. aluminium tower bolt of size 250 x 12mm – 1 No. Aluminium tower bolt of size 200x12mm – 1 No., D type aluminium handle of size 125mm – 2 Nos. Aluminium door stopper / magnet catch 3” depth – 1 No. respectively, etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Refixing of old aluminium partition in correct position and alignment as directed by the Engineer at site. The rate includes Labour charges, lead and lift, screws, replacing the damaged partition if any etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying and fixing in position best Indian make PVC soil waste pipes of approved make and quality with working pressure of 6 Kg/Cm2 of the following diameter and providing leak proof joints with PVC adhesive resin etc., including fixing to the walls wherever necessary with teak wood plugs, mild steel clamps, brass screws etc., and giving connection to the sanitary fittings including dismantling masonry (or) RCC works (or) flooring wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition and the pipes shall be fixed in position true to alignment complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 75 mm dia PVC pipe – 6 Kg/CM2 with ISI mark

Varnishing the old wood work two coat with best shellac and with fine best varnish of approved quality varnish over one coat of Bee’s wax of teak wood natural finish including preparation of surface with sand papering including patty priming etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying and fixing in position best quality and approved make Indian made white glazed earthenware wash hand basin of size 550 X 400mm white colour of approved brand and quality including cost of cast iron brackets / fisher bolts 15 mm dia brass CP pillar tap, 32 mm dia bottle trap 32mm dia C.P. brass waste coupling with rubber plug and chain 15 mm brass nipple 15 mm dia nylon connection, 15mm CP angle clock including fixing of wash basin in the wall in position with a pair of fisher bolts / CI brackets with TW plugs and screws, rubber washers, white lead and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coat of painting over a priming coat of anti-corrosive paint including testing for leakages etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wash hand basin and specials should be got approved by the Departmental Engineers before use on works).

Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm outer dia meter heavy duty M.S. pipe over all height 3.00m the distance between two legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2.00m in each rows and providing platform with country wood plants using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete from with horizontal bracing @ 1.50 c/c vertical direction and with cross bracing using same 48.30mm dia meter including cutting, threading assembly with one coat red oxide primer. Labour charges cost of special such on large plate, shoe, catcher, coupling, bolt and nut transport charges and handling charges. Plastering of walls in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors with water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement and finishing neatly including provision of cement mortar bands and raised plastering for doorways wherever required and as directed without any extra claim complying with standard specifications.

Applying two coats of fosrac S2 chemical for RCC portions like slab, ceiling, column etc., / toilet sunken portion upto 10mm thick by two layers and by using chicken mesh in the RCC exposed surfaces in all floors and applying brush bond two coats including finishing neatly curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Providing anti-corrosive coating over the already corroded rods using NITOZINC primer or equivalent of 1000ml for an average area of 2 sq.mm., as per the manufacturer’s recommendation including the cost of all material, labour, lead, lift T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Removing the debris away from the site of work using lorry transport and dumped in the place approved by the municipal authorities and as directed by the Engineer,i/c., (The capacity of one lorry load should not be less than 2.83 M3)

Labour charges for shifting the lab tables of size 8m x 0.9m tables etc., for the easy convenient of work. The rate includes labour charges for removing / shifting etc., minor repair works etc., complete with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supply and fixing country wood scantling (first quality wood) for door frames including labour charges for making, applying anti corrosive paint on the back sides of frame and fixing the frame in position, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The wood have to be got approved by departmental Engineers before use on work).

Hire charges for providing baricading the building to be repaired by using PVC wiring. The wire netted to be tied with the casurina poles up to 14cm dia. The rate includes wire netting hire charges, casurina poles, necessary earth work excavation, labour charges etc., complete with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,
