Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring & shuttering -All work up to plinth level. • 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) Crushed.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centering & shuttering (form work) including strutting propping etc. & removal of form work for: foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete

Removal of Excavated mulba dismantled unserviceable material from the site of work by mech. Transport / Animal Transport or otherwise including loading complete job.

12mm Cement plaster of mix. 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Fine sand)

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading / unloading & stacking complete. • Sand/Crusher Dust for an average distance 5 Km by MT

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading / unloading & stacking complete. • Stone aggregate below/above 40mm Nominal size Crushed for an average distance of 10 kms.
