Demolition of reinforced Concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of chajjas and similar suspended work or as directed by SIC EIC.

Taking down cement plaster on CC/Brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. as directed

( M & L ) Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of concrete or brick surface with cement plaster 1 : 4 with water proofing compound apply neat cement slurry or as directed by EIC/SIC. Note- Water proofing compound will paid and measured separately

Providing , rendering, screeding, dubbing out cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand) 15 mm average thickness by adding waterproofing compund, with brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sq. metre work up to at any height/ depth on brick or concrete surfaces of any description fair/ rough side, finishing fair trowelled to a smooth and even finish without using extra cement, including scaffolding, curing etc. complete as direceted & approved by EIC/SIC. Note- water proofing compund will paid and meseasred separtely.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The proposed make for the item will be Sika/BASF/FOSROC/Dr. Fixit/ Abro/Berger /Asian paints/Nerolac etc .The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(M&L) Providing, cement concrete (Type B1 1:2:4, 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding and the like fair finished,roof kerbs all as specified and directed by SIC/EIC.

Supply only water proofing compound.

Removing excavated material (rubish/rocks) beyond 500 m and upto total distance of 1.5 km and depositing where directedincluding loading, unloading and stacking at the destination.

Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces

Preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls complete as per approved by SIC/EIC.

(M&L) Two coats of cement base paint on new/old decorated plastered surfaces of walls as per approved by SIC/EIC.

Excavating /blockage of Drain channels and chambers (inside/outside of building P-50), manholes, pipe holes n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for drainage cleaning, etc and getting out soft/disintegrated.

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.
