Improvement to approach Road from PWD Road to Hukuma RR Colony at Baniabasa.

Reinfoced Cement concrete of design mix of M20 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 20N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 20mm down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with mixing concrete in batching plant, conveying the same by transit mixers and placing in position for structures etc. with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalty, DMF, EMF, additional charges, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. For R.C.C foundation and plinth band,footing bases of column, mass concrete ,precast slabs etc.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding, tying the mild steel rod for RCC works, fitting and placing in position uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement of different sizes complete as per drawing and technical specification with all laps, hooks, ties etc. with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil on approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.5 cm layers including compaction upto 95% Proctor density under OMC Condition with all leads, lifts and delifts including royalty of earth, all labour charges, T&P, including construction, maintenance & watering, etc. complete, Cess as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
