Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy cable ) with stranded aluminium conductor , 11000 Volts grade of size 3 core 120 Sqmm including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.
Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy cable ) with stranded aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade of size 3.5 core 95 Sqmm including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.
Dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil at different locations by stream line method dehydration plant including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filteration . Dielectric strength should not be less than 45 KV at 2.5 mm gap after dehydartion all as directied. Note :- (i) Test result before and after filteration to be recorded as per the sample provided by Engr-in-charge. (ii) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of making necessary connection and the connection to filteration plant from transformers and switchgear oil duly removing the inlet and outlet connections. (iii) For topping up transformer oil will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule.
Supply & fixing MCCB 3 pole 415 volts with rupturing cap 25 KA 160 Amps ICS 100 %ICU thermal magnetic release including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.
Re-stretching of aluminium conductor any size and length complete including removing kinks and providing new binding wire /Jumper/ clamps where required all as specfied and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.5 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.8m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40 mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil,charcoal, salt,funnel , PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for earthing complete with using galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to be packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using 20x3 mm copper strip as earth lead moulded and riveted duly welded at joints to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch/control board at another end, copper lead duly protected in and including 40 mm dia GI ‘medium grade’ pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe ‘medium grade’ as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in pits chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-II 2010 testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note: (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found within limit shall be redone by contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Cost of copper strip 20 x 3mm and 40mm dia pipe medium grade upto 7.5 mtr shall be included in the rate quoted for this item
Dismantling the existing earth strip & relaying of G.I. earth strip 32x6mm and fixing properly with clamps nut bolts complete all as specified and directed.

433KV regulated including following features solid state electronic sensor design for exsisting 3 phase servo stabiliser Output impedance shall be 3.0 to 5.0 percent, The programmer shall be manufactured such that it will maintain electrical properties, even under severe overload, under/over voltage and under/over frequency conditions. Input correction range shall be -30% to +20% of nominal input voltage. The system design shall be capable of operating at an input frequency range of -15% to +10% of nominal, without clearing protective devices or causing component failure within the protection . Upon turn on or restart, the output of the exsisting Servo shall not exceed the specified output regulation limits. if the input voltage or frequency exceeds programmable minimum or maximum set points for a programmable time period (factory set for 10 seconds), the micro processor card shall electronically shut off command to new the installed MCCB as per load in Amps with minimum 25 KA rupturing capacity with new shunt tripp coil as per site requirement with on delay not to exceed 2 sec . When electrical parameters are back within acceptable limits for a programmable time period (factory set for 60 seconds), the MCCB shall manualy restart to provide conditioned power to the load.
If the input parameters are within acceptable limits, but the output voltage is outside of acceptable programmed limits, the output sensor card of any phase out of three phase shall electronically shut off and require a manual restart. The Micro Card shall be capable of operating at 100% rated load capacity continuously, 200% rated load for 10 seconds, 500% rated load for 1 second and 1000% rated load for 1 cycle. Operating efficiency shall be a minimum of 96%, typical at full load. Response Time: The protection unit shall respond to any line voltage variation in 1/2 cycle while operating linear or non-linear loads, with a load power factor of 0.60 of unity. Peak detection of the voltage sine wave shall not be permitted to avoid inaccurate tap switching due to input voltage distortion. Line Voltage Regulation and Correction Time: Output regulation shall be +5%, -6%, given an input voltage variation of -30% to +30% for nominal, when within +/-5% of the nominal frequency. The Micro card shall be equipped with both “Input Out of Range” , “Output Out of Range” indicators light shall be provided on the meter face to indicate that the input/Output voltage or frequency has exceeded acceptable limits. Metering: A digital input meter shall be provided to display line voltages, line currents, frequency, kVA, kW, and power factor. NOTES : 1. The Contractor has to submit Original Purchase Vouchers, Test Certificates & Guarantee Certificate before installation at site
