REPAIRS TO TOE WALLS, DWARF WALLS, NAT/VIFT AND CERTAIN B/R WORKS IN X AREA AT AFS AMLA

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with Fly ash brick 75 kg/cmsq compressive strength old size , is straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.02 above but except brick complete all as specified and directed. Note : All type bricks retrieved from item No. 01 will be used.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed ,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted,built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 04 above but except stone built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble masonary built in CM 1:4 including racking out joints in existing stone masonry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster CM 1:4 , on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced of any description & any position and disposing of the rubbish materials in low lying areas of defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone agregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for . water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed
