S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube fixed in opening as in door and cabinet of wash hand basin counter.as per specifications and making good the plaster of wall in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style ) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded colour plain PVC or channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuch in side with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert top rail & bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made PVC (Rigid) cupboard and kitchen cabinet door frame of the size 75mm x 40mm with a wall thickness of 5mm (+ 0.5mm) made out of extruded PVC (Rigid) sheet of density 600Kg/ cbm manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company, reinforced with 15mm x 15mm MS squre tube of 19 gauge through out the frame, mitre cut at two corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 10mm x 10mm squre tubes. The door frames shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC (Rigid) fasteners. A minium of 4 Nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minium 2 Nos for horizontal member etc. complete as per manufacturers specification and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made PVC shelf / partition of required size, consisting of panel of 18mm (+ 0.70mm ) thick celuka PVC ply and for supportingthe hold of shelf / partition and shall provided 3 edges in size 18mm x 18mm as per required length. The front side of the edge vigible in the front of the shelf / partition to be edge lipped by 18mm x 1mm PVC sheet of density 600 kg / cbm manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified co., using solvent cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30 mm thick flush shutters factory made solid core construction with block boards core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides (ISI marked) fixed to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : Kota stone slab used for tread shall be in single piece with one side nosing)

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0, using 10 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coved fillet 75mm radius to be provided at the junction of RCC slab andadjoining walls and on the top of sunken floor (surface of RCC slab) shall be finished to slope 1:40 towards spout pipe , and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete in sunken portion filling after carrying out testing of CI pipes and joints and slab and walls by filling with water for 72 hours retention complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken floorfilling finished even and smooth without using extra cement including form work and filling joints with sealing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L for cast in situ plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5 M span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D- 2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foot path, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foot path, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling using sand suitable for plaster, under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick M-35 Grade factory made Rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver blocks/tiles any shape and size with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 laid over sand cushon complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Sand cushion shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified.

M&L for scraping out loose motar/concrete by chiseling/ wire brughing complete and applying rust removing solution (rebaklene soulution) to exposed corroded reinforcement and applying a coat of epoxy primer (Nitozink primer from M/S Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) as per manufacture instructions providing and fixing of wire mesh of weight 2.5 Kg per Sqm and apply 25mm average thickness in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with liquid integral water proofing compound (complast 'X' recommended by the manufacture with gunitting machine at a pressure not less than 5Kg/Sqcement mortar finally rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) using liquid integral water proofing compound (complast 'X' 421 i.e. from M/S Fosroc and nitobound AR from M/S Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) in the proportion recommended by the manfacture complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete mixed with 3 % water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions (note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item) over roof top surface finished even and smooth using extra cement and application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over existing accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cement mortar side laps and 15cement mortar end lap. Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight shall not be less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cement mortar side overlap and 15cement mortar end lap. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for welding of new reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length and bent to shape as directed with and including cutting out of old rusted reinforcement 10mm dia and over complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F 10mm dia and over mild steel TMT bars , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending with clips for fencing complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm & n. exc 10 cm long dia of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work in framed and hung gates, including Pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc. and similar work confirming to Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs chain link fencing mesh size (pitch)50X50mm with 3mm nominal dia of wire and fixed to angle iron including dismantling old chain link fencing complete all as spcefied and directed.

M&L for two layer two component modified polymer coating.The glass fiber mesh 2mmX2mm between 1st coat and 2nd coat shall be provided immediately after application of 1st coat of polymer modified coating separated by a gap of specified time as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken roof with APP based polymeric membrane, 3 mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over and including applying one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.25kg/sqm shal be applied on plastered surfaces,thereafter a layer of APP modified membrane as specified above shall be laid by torch application method and all overlaps shall be minimum 100mm width etc completed all as specified and directed.
