Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, M-15 grade (cement content considered @ 240 kg per cum) upto plinth level, using fly ash and cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer,manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and fininshing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Fly ash conforming to grade I of IS 3812 (Part-1) only be used as part replacement of OPC as per IS : 456. Providing and laying in position Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded sone aggregate of 40 mm size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering below plinth level and up to floor IV level ( cast in situ). complete in all respect as per HSR item No. 6.1.6 @ Rs. 2735.00 per cum

Filling expansion joints, with special impervious hot pour, 12.5 mm wide as per HSR item No. 14.18 @ Rs. 1 per mtr/CM depth each.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. All works above plinth level up to floor IV level. Note: Cement content considred in this item is @ 330 kg per cum. Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable.
